"Had a wonderful Swedish massage at Rainspa this morning. My masseuse, Axel, was phenomenal. Receptionist was super friendly. When I return to Montreal again sometime in the not so distant future and am in need of a massage, Rainspa will be my selection"

People post reviews to let everyone know how your spa is operating and how they feel after each visit as a customer or as an interviewee so you can’t just delete our reviews from your end! So make sure you need to be careful about what you are doing because you need to respect everyone who’s coming in no matter he/she as a customer or an interviewee."

"This place deserves 0 stars and after having an experience of massage at this place, I can confirm that all the negative reviews of this place are true. Went there with a friend. 1) During the massage the ladies kept on talking and giggling with each other loudly in their language. We couldn't even hear the background music to relax 2) Both the ladies kept on using their PHONES even when massaging and sometimes were only using one hand to massage and with the other hand they were using their phones 3) If you ever go to try this place and they offer head massage, please don't take it. They are unprofessional and the lady literally scratched my head with her nails and called it a head massage. I had tremendous hair fall when I came home and opened my hair. 4) Even after this horrible service, they will stand at the reception when we leave so that they can shamelessly ask for a tip. So out of courtesy we thought to tip them $10. And after seeing that they started to confront us like why so less tip. I mean those shameless ladies needs to start being professional. Moral of the story is: If you feel like still going there and taking the service, then PLEASE DON'T. ITS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY."

"This place is the real deal!!! I was going to another place when I found this one. The quality of treatment I was getting from the other place cannot even be compared to the service that this place provides. My therapist Tara has hands of steel! She knows where the root cause of my pain is and consistently executes an ongoing custom treatment plan that addresses the pain and also focuses on improving my range of motion and joint mobility as well. Tara does what needs to be done and not give minimal treatment like the other places I’ve seen. I’m excited to see how much better I’ll be in the coming months. Don’t waste your time and money getting mediocre results at best. This place is fantastic, all of the staff is friendly and knowledgeable and will help you get to where you need to be."

"Good massage, but didn't quite feel great post that. Unfortunately conversation was zero due to language barrier. Was trying to explain to the Chinese women who was massaging what were my sore and pain points but I don't think she quite understood that. Also no conversation at the beginning on what to expect and how it will done. Attached picture of waiting room. Music was relaxing n soothing during massage and standard massage bed."
