"I recently had my first full body laser hair removal session at SkinSutra with Harjit. While Harjit was polite and professional, I do want to share an honest experience. The treatment itself didn’t quite meet my expectations, as it didn’t feel as thorough as laser sessions typically are — each area usually gets at least two passes, and I found myself having to request that during the session, which felt a bit awkward. That said, I do appreciate that the clinic was accommodating enough to make an exception to their payment policy, which shows they care about client satisfaction. I’m hopeful that this was just a first-time hiccup and am looking forward to seeing how the next sessions go. I’m still optimistic that I’ve chosen the right place and that the 6-session package I signed up for will be worth it in the end."
