I had an initial appointment with Kassandra who was super informative about treatments, payment options, bundles, etc. I had a head massage and facial with Luisa today and it was lovely! She took time ensuring I felt relaxed, and went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They have a great team here, and I have yet to leave feeling unsatisfied! Thank you !!!"

"I had my first appointment with Ed Middleton today and feel, after years of trying various other routes, that I may have found my person to guide me, and help me. He is incredibly personable, empathetic and thoughtful. For the first time, in I don’t know how long, I feel hopeful. I’m overwhelmed with appreciation and excited to move forward with Ed guiding me. "I told Lisa this but I am reluctant to share this gem of a place because I don’t want to share with anyone! ???? this is by far the best massage I have had ever. I suffer from tension headaches from work and Lisa not only helped with the massages but also gave me stretches that have been life changing. She is also a joy to chat with and totally brightens up my day every time I go here. Very comfortable, serene environment and I Highly HIGHLY recommend!! ❤️"

"I love going to Scizzions! It’s always a great experience. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. I had an appointment today for my brows and hair but decided on a whim to see if I could get a manicure as well. Lisa and John were so accommodating. John applied my colour while Lisa did a perfect manicure and fixed up my not so great cuticles. I always get top treatment at Scizzions but today felt so extra. John is extremely knowledgeable and gives great suggestions. The salon owner Geri is warm and kind. I always look forward to my appointments because I truly feel that I am among friends."

"My friend treated me to a Foot Spa for my birthday, and it was a fancy, luxurious place with friendly staff. We enjoyed some complimentary tea and snacks in their cozy lounge. However, when we booked a foot spa, they unexpectedly they wanted extra payment for a pedicure and salt scrub, which this felt unfair, especially compared to my past experiences elsewhere. Additionally, they started massaging our hands, which wasn't part of what we booked for, leaving us feeling a bit confused and holding our hands in the air! They limited the massage to just an inch above the ankle, whereas a typical foot spa usually extends up to the knees. They could focus more on what we have booked for, instead of charging us extra! She spend about $220 for this gift, which I found it expensive for that quality! Despite the overall enjoyable time, this experience makes me hesitant to revisit that spa."

"I’ve been going to the same nail lady for the last 4 years (shout out to Mimi). She’s out of town for a month and so I HAD to put trust into someone else, and boy was I terrified. However, I did have a really good time. The artists are quick, efficient, and do a really good job and overall shape and colour! I also dabbled in getting my brows waxed for the first time and I’ll 100% be going back for that! The lady was gentle and was asked me many times if I was okay. Lovely experience. That being said the overall price of it was $68 and that’s not including tip. I believe the pricing to be fair, (actually really cheap in my eyes) considering the services you’re receiving."
