"Horrible experience. The Asian lady was extremely rude and made me so uncomfortable. It’s 70$ for a 60 minute massage and as soon as I get there she was trying to force me to give her a 20$ tip right away. I told her I don’t know how much I want to tip yet and she said she didn’t want to massage me. She called one of the other girls and she was blatantly rude about it, as if I burdened her as a customer. Then the other masseuse came in and I told her what happened and she said “we only get paid in tips”, which sounds illegal. They expected me to pay cash and when I told her I was paying machine they looked annoyed. Then the other masseuse told me the Asian lady didn’t want to massage me whatsoever, which was extremely rude. There was a 5$ charge for the machine on top of the 70$ and then for the forced 20$ tip was another 5$. I paid 100$ for a terrible experience - and then I find out the masseuse that did massage me only has 1 month training and is not a registered massage therapist, never went to school for it. This place doesn’t deserve a star. They’re crooks and want you to pay cash. Very shady and the location is sketchy. Will never go back."

"It was a very weird experience. I thought this was RMT. I called making sure they have options for RMT so I can claim it through my insurance. Upon entering, there's another locked door and a camera inside. Then a lady in lingerie came out and she's the one giving me the massage. I didn't wanna judge the book by its cover, so I went ahead with it. The massage itself was more like rubbing my skin. I still left with knots on my back. I wouldn't recommend it if getting a good massage is what you are really looking for."

"The worst manicure and pedicure of my life! The manicurist had great supplies and zero skills. She had no knowledge of how to cut cuticles. On my feet she used a nail filer to take off my shellack and even when I repeatedly told her it’s hurting my skin she continued and actually scrapped my skin. Only when she saw the red skin she stopped. The application of nail polish was so bad that it reminded me of kindergarten girls playing tea party and doing their nails. My toes - it’s a joke! A caked layer of paint! Awful! She knocked the base all over my toes and didn’t bother to clean it up. Also, she complained about another customer who obviously made a mistake and came earlier. Reminder: this was my first time with the aesthetician. This eventful two hours experiment - my first and last time there - costed me $103. I did mention to the owner I wasn’t happy with the service I got and I got the coupon for facial. I came for manicure and pedicure. I came home and took off the nail polish and booked with another salon."

"I’ve always considered this the best place, but my recent experience left me disappointed. My massage last week wasn’t comfortable—the room was cold, and the therapist’s hands were cold as well. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel like a proper massage, more like just rubbing my back. I was surprised to pay the full price without any acknowledgment of my concerns. I hope the team takes this feedback into account to improve the experience for future clients."

"Best massage experience! Jesse has created a wonderful little oasis just off the beaten path. He is very professional and really knows his stuff. I need regular deep tissue work because of my job and Jesse manages to be therapeutic and relieve the problem spots while still leaving you feeling relaxed at the end. I had a hot stone massage today, it just might be my new go to! The clinic is beautiful inside, rustic and charming. Highly recommend Jesse at My Massage Place to everyone!"

Not only was Danielle a fountain of knowledge with the products she was dedicated to my specific skin care needs and did not try to sell me multiple products that were not needed, she suggested things my skin needed and offered other ideas to help achieve what I was looking for. I had the most relaxing facial which I left feeling, refreshed, confident, and my skin was so soft and vibrant. I will be booking as a regular self care maintenance not only for my skin but my mind."
