"My boyfriend and I booked a couple's massage from a Groupon. There was confusion about the appointment as we received a text reminder, a phone call reminder, then on the day of we got another text reminder for a different day and time. I called them immediately and they said yes they can fit us in?..They said that must have been for a different client. So that was weird. Then when we got there, lovely atmosphere and calming music but not the friendliest service. Took them awhile to bring us to the rooms. Once we got to the rooms they were actually 2 different rooms that are beside eachother, which they called "a combined room" because there was a door open between them but my boyfriend was further back from the door so there was actually a seperate space the size of a large closet between us as well as walls. So that was not a couples massage at all. The bed was comfortable and warm. I loved the hot towels. However, my massager seemed like she didn't know what she was doing. She pulled my hair multiple times as part of the massage and rubbed my eyelids once. I have gone for many massages at mutliple spas and never experienced that before. She also would lean on my body with her one hand while massaging me with her other hand. I did mention one area where I have a pinched nerve and she was very careful with that area which I greatly appreciated. After the massage they did not offer us water or anything. I wouldn't go back but for the deal we got I guess we got what we paid for."

"I need to tell the world: ???? GO SEE SHAWNA FOR ALL YOUR LASER NEEDS. Honestly I have never felt so good in my skin, both for looks and because I have eczema and (for me) it helps both! I have gone for either 5 or 6 appointments so far, and I only shave the day of my appointment now (you have to shave before your appt), because of how little hair there is on my legs and brazilian area! Steve, Dr. Walton and their office team are professional caring individuals. The office is clean, modern and gives you a high end feel. They listen to you and make you feel comfortable, they take their time to listen and remember things about you. The detailed explanation of the treatment gave me the confidence that I needed to know that this was for me. They are conveniently located in St. Catharines. They do follow up appointments after your initial treatments. A very professional environment. Happy I found them."

"Definitely the best salon I have been too ! I went in for a cut and Balayage correction and the service was incredible. Offered a coffee and water! Jazz was incredible! Will be going to her again. Went above and beyond to get my hair the correct colour and length with the right amount of layers. She was highly skilled, super friendly payed attention to detail and made sure I was comfortable the entire time, to me that was the best as I’m 7 months pregnant. The salon was friendly, welcoming and very clean. Would highly recommend!"

"Coming from a man that doesn't have much exp with pedi or mani... This place was amazing. I got the deluxe manicure and spa signature pedi with nuskin products . Literally a massage. Hands, forearms, feet, calves. Was in 7th heaven ngl. There were multiple steps or different applications. They added creams and lotions and rocks and all sorts of fun stuff. I wear steel toes everyday, and work with my hands, so lemme tell ya whhhhhhat, it was perfect!! Highly recommend. Also got my toes painted black (first time I've ever had nail polish on and they did great!)"

"I just visited this afternoon and had an amazing experience. Tina did a fantastic job and recreated exactly what I wanted. I got a coffin shaped gel nail with gems and a lovely design and it turned out to be everything I'd hoped for and more. I definitely recommend it to anyone in the area!"

"Basic spa services with high end prices. Not worth it. Basic non therapeutic massage, followed by a mini facial which was more like having my face washed with two steps of cleansing and exfoliating and it was done, on top of that paid $30 for an eye lash tint which made no difference at all, don’t waste your time or money here."
