"I saw Elena last week for an IPL facial treatment. I few months ago I tried another clinic out for the same treatment and didn’t love it. While scrolling Groupon, her clinic came up and I decided to give it a go. Once I arrived, she was so warm, welcoming, and personable. The clinic itself was tucked away in a convenient part of West 4th and clean without feeling like a clinic devoid of personality. For the treatment, I already knew that laser hurts and slathered myself in numbing cream about 30 minutes beforehand. I appreciated that Elena kept saying “I know this hurts but you are almost done!” Laser sucks but it is effective and I’m already seeing changes in pigmentation. Once my Groupon is up, I’d gladly pay full price at her clinic."
