"I am lucky enough to live only 5 minutes from this wonderful spa so I already tried both the Thai deep tissue and relaxing oil massage within the same week of grand opening. I enjoyed both massages so much but my favourite was the oil massage because it was absolute bliss! I loved how they used the hot towels to gently wipe off the oils - felt so pampered. Next time will definitely go back for the 90 minute massage because 60 minutes was not enough. So, so good!"

"One of the worst massages... hardly any pressure. Anyone who has ever had a Thai massage should avoid this massage. At the end you are forced to give a tip (the masseurs stand next to you during payment process to exert pressure). You then also pay tax on the tip. A pure rip-off from my point of view."

"Andrea has been amazing! I started seeing her back in 2020 when I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel after having pain on my wrist. I had done 2 shots of cortisone and was told after that only surgery would fix it but I decided to try different routes. I attended acupuncture where I was diagnosed with de quervains, however I didn’t feel myself improving and that’s when I tried cupping with Andrea. She fixed me! We came up with a plan of multiple consecutive sessions and it worked! It first felt more painful because of the injury, but then it started to get better. Andrea is incredibly knowledgeable about her practices and I’ve learned a lot from her. I always go to her whenever I have any pains, injuries, or for relaxation self-care. She’s very professional and I trust her with my health a 100%. You’re in great hands and would recommend you give her a try, you will not regret it!"

"I walked in to get a chest and back wax because I'm going away on vacation tomorrow. It was last minute so I didn't know if I'd be able to get a treatment. Annette, greeted me at the front desk. She's very friendly. And she was able to accommodate me even though they usually can't do walk-ins. Annette brought me up to the 2nd-level waiting room, which was bright, clean, and quite nicely decorated actually. My technician was Amanda. She was friendly and positive and nice to talk to while getting the treatment done (definitely ask for her). It's nice to have a grooming business that specifically caters to male clients because sometimes as a man going to a female-oriented establishment you feel like an intruder. But here you don't feel out of place at all. I will definitely come back. And will probably get laser hair removal done. If you're a man and have never tried a male-oriented grooming business, I definitely recommend you give them a try!"

However, instead, he received a cupping session. "This sauna is a great place to spend time with family and friends. The atmosphere was really nice and made it easy to relax. The customer service was excellent; the staff were friendly and helpful. The room (Swedish for 4 people) was clean and had plenty of space. It came with a changing room, shower, and the sauna itself, which made the experience very convenient. I especially liked the cold bucket shower, which was perfect for cooling off after the hot sauna. Overall, I highly recommend this Sauna. It's a fantastic place to unwind and enjoy a traditional slavic sauna experience. My advice ask for “Venik” in advance to elevate your experience!!"

"I’m regard to your comment … How were we bullying you? We didn’t say anything to you, when my mom came in she asked if this was a smoking facility as it smelt like smoke? My baby was in my lap for my pedicure and wasn’t saying anything - Tetinana actually wanted to hold him which I allowed it. When I was getting my manicure my moms services was done , and she took my baby where then I had your full attention. As for the payment - your online platform said a specific price - as that’s how I booked, I told you that and you honoured that price, where was I bullying you, you guys had false advertisement. Not impressed with your professionalism. My tip was specifically for Tetiana for her service as I was impressed with her. I’m assuming you’re the other person, and I am very disappointed with you.
