"Love this spa! Went last spring with my mom for some spa sessions. I had the Swedish Massage and a Reflexology Massage. My mom had a Deep Tissue Massage and a Reflexology Massage. We both loved the different massages. The Reflexology ones were our favorites. The masseurs did a great job. The spa is in a Victorian/Tudor style older home so it's a cool vibe inside with the layouts of the rooms. The spa room was very relaxing with the lighting, beds and scents. The business offers lots of fun, relaxing, massages on site. It's recommended to book in advance."

"I stayed at the hotel for my birthday and booked the revival package followed by a deep tissue massage the next day. My appointment started 40 minutes late despite being there early for my appointment. I understand mistakes happen but there was minimal service recovery. My scrub left my skin feeling great but the room was freezing. My facial was OK but the products used left my skin feeling greasy and also had an unpleasant musky odour. My pores particularly in my t zone did not feel clean, even though the service itself was relaxing. The saving grace was my deep tissue massage which was fantastic. I wish more was done on my first day."

"I have been seeing Kristina for years on end and she truly is the best in the business for laser and waxing. I would not trust anyone else with my eyebrows and I always go knowing my brows will look fabulous once she is done. Her attention to detail is unprecedented and she really goes over and above to ensure you are happy. In addition I have been over the moon with the results I have been getting with my laser hair removal. She provides amazing services and is just a wonderful person! Thank you for taking care of my aesthetic needs so well!!!"

"My biggest complaint here is that it is not stroller/wheelchair friendly. Yes, there are elevators, but there are certain portions that can only be accessed by stairs, unless you go up and down the elevator multiple times. It is also a little confusing and can be stressful if you've got a cranky kid in a stroller and can't get to where you're going. it's 2018; it shouldn't be that complicated to add a ramp."
