"We re-visited Koena Spa and had a generally pleasant experience. The spa itself is quaint, serene, well-appointed, and can be truly relaxing. The ambiance is mainly peaceful, with calming scents and soft lighting that set the perfect tone for a rejuvenating experience. The staff were present trying to control the many celebratory groups. We really enjoyed our massages and facial services. Comparison: If you enjoy Nordic, know it is not the same experience. As silly as wanting to change up a wet robe it will be an additional $9 per person. Towel replacements are endless? Only 1 indoor tight cafeteria style bar, so be ready to wait for your drink. Why is there no outdoor option or waiter service. The lost star - as a customer you get to experience the level of miscommunication between the Cartier Hotel (where we stayed) and the spa. It really left a bad taste once again. Consider only booking the spa without the hotel or not at all and go to Nordic as Carter and Koena like to play with your time going back and forth from one counter to the other. I will be leaving a first time ever 2 star review for the Chateau Cartier Hotel."

"My back pain was relieved after the massage. Recommend if you have a stiff neck or back. However I have a little reminder that some of them have limited English level and might not be able to have a smooth conversation."

"I received an absolutely amazing deep tissue massage from Hope Sider. I came in with a weak shoulder and she was able to identify and work on the issue immediately. Hope was also very considerate of pressure applied and provided an overall very relaxing experience. The room was well equipped and extremely clean. Atmosphere was calming and professional. "5 STARS!!!! My wife and I went there today, we took the 4 hour spa access package. There is a combination of 2 hot tubs, 1 cold tub, infrared sauna, wet sauna and a dry sauna. You can get food, drinks, beverages and there are several gazebos and hammocks to relax. They even offer massage options at an extra cost. What makes it extra special is the owners. They are so sweet, professional, attentive and they really take care of the guests. The place is also very well maintained. One of the owners is constantly outside cleaning, picking up leaves etc. while the other host takes care of the guest's needs inside. It's also a great value. We will definitely go back again. We left feeling so relaxed, all our stress was just drained out of us!!!! Thank you and see you soon!!!!"

It’s amazing experience again this time it was Sofia she did great job I haven’t feel this relaxation long time ago. And the cupping was fantastic it just relaxed all my tight muscle. "I had the worst experience at this location. The receptionist messed up my appointment, changing it from acupuncture to a massage without informing me. She didn’t even bother to explain the mistake until my appointment started. Even after this confusion, she behaved in a very unprofessional manner. My time was wasted, and I had to leave without receiving my treatment."
