"Very inconsistent, and dishonest staff. Came for a full body massage with my partner. He had a fantastic experience complete with a hot towel massage at the end. The man doing my massage, not so much. He skipped my thighs, feet, arms and hands, with no hot towels to be found. When I asked the front desk about why the service was not done properly, it became a he-says/she-says with the masseuse, who lied, insisting he did the entire massage. This was supposed to be escalated to the manager, but never was. Very disappointed, and very overpriced for the quality of service received. Recommend going elsewhere."

"I had such a wonderful experience here. Liliana was very nice, knowledgeable, and treated my skin with great care. I had a hard extraction at another spa which left my skin with some redness. So she did a really hydrating and calming facial for me. She also cleared my blackheads in a gentle and effective way. I highly recommend this place and would definitely come again!"

"Its not my first time in this salon, I usually get only shellac on my toenails. This time I tried the full pedicure and express manicure. Melissa is very nice and gentle and also the other girl who did my manicure. Whoever I really wasn't satisfied with the services. It took literally 3 hours to get my manicure done, that's extremely long and waste of my time. The girl kept saying she is still practicing and that she's not used to do biogel and french manicure, I told her that's ok but that's really dont look like the picture I showed her. My nails look like its unprofessionaly done. When I finished, the manager Mary asked me if everything was ok but I honestly told her that I was not satisfied with the service and that 3h is way too long. I showed her my nails she looked a them and said nothing. She didn't do anything about it. When I was paying, the girl who did my nails kept saying sorry sorry. I felt so tired after this appointment. The pedicure is ok but I still have alot of callus on my feet. I really wanted to give this new business a chance but they really seem to be preoccupied only by the money and not the quality of the service."

There was a time that I was going through a lot and friend recommended a spa for me for the day, little did I know that I would fall in love with this spa. The staff are amazing, sweet, thoughtful and very patient. They are amazing listeners and what I mean by that is I told them what was happening to me and they knew exactly what to do. Not only do I go there on a regular basis now they have become family to me. I have recommended this to friends of mine as well and they are just as pleased. It’s a great place with wonderful people and the treatments are phenomenal. I’m very blessed to now have them in my life physically mentally and emotionally."

"Love the girls here and service but new management seem to be playing games with specials. They advertise buy 4 get the 5th one free but you pay for 5. They claim they are advertising the discounted price already, very confusing advertising, not good."

Because I travel a lot for work, I’ve been treated by many different massage therapists over the years, which gives you a bit of expertise in recognizing quality. I can definitely recommend this lady. Not only is she very skilled with her technique and understands how different muscles are connected and interact, but she also applies the right amount of pressure using both her hands and elbows. I arrived in pain, and now I’m getting ready for a party that I’m actually excited for — and I’ll even be able to dance! Definitely a recommendation and definitely a great masseuse."
