"I've been getting treatments from Jonathan for many number of years and I won't go to any other physio! So many clinics treat you just like a number through an assembly line where they see you for less than 10 minutes and then just stick some machine on you. But not Jonathan! He will take his time with you 1 on 1 and makes you feel like he's there to give you the time you need. He's honest, works with integrity, and a true professional! I wouldn't recommend anyone else!"

"My partner brought me here for our anniversary, for pedicures; I had never had one. They rushed me in to start mine while he was still in the bathroom. I have a skin condition which I wrote down on heir medical form and spoke to reception about, I was assured they'd speak to me. The woman made no mention of this and already had a scent filled foot spa ready, not good for my condition. None of the products seemed to be hypoallergenic. She also completely skipped one foot for the massage portion, which I was most excited about. The "hot" stones were cold, she did nothing to fix it and just used them anyways. When I brought up my skin condition to reception again afterwards, she just made excuses for the techs and that they knew what they were doing. They never spoke to me about it at all, I don't think she even checked the forms. Now, two months later, they're spamming my phone with marketing texts; I didn't even know they had my number as it was my partner who booked. They may have gotten en it from the "medical" form they otherwise ignored. We will not be back here and I don't recommend this place."

"I went for a float therapy session last week, for the first time, and loved it so much. From the first few minutes upon entering the building, up until leaving, I was thoroughly impressed by the cleanliness and attention to detail. I liked Courtenay’s verbal instructions, but also appreciated the little notes around the float room and beauty bar area. I was able to relax and enjoy the floating feeling quite easily. Would recommend!"

They also got me a cake and put Happy Birthday up on the TV. It was the cutest and so sweet of them! I also got an acrylic fill that same day and love the set. "I had the Céla Seed to Skin Ritual at King West location and it was an incredible experience! The front desk staff were so friendly and welcoming. They gave me a quick tour so I knew exactly where everything was and what to do. The changing room was spacious and spotless, stocked with everything you could need—showers, hair dryers, body lotion, cleanser, serum, and even a clay mask. They provided a robe, cover-up, flip flops, and unlimited towels. I came 30 minutes early to enjoy the complimentary steam room, which was such a relaxing way to start my visit. My aesthetician, Kimberly Nguyen, was amazing. She created such a relaxing atmosphere and treated me with such care. The ritual started with lying face down on a warm table while hot water was gently poured over me. Then came the bubbles with gentle massage, followed by a very gentle scrub, again with massage. The same process was done while lying on my back. At one point, a cool peppermint-scented towel was placed on my forehead, and it was very relaxing. After a thorough rinse, I was wrapped in warm towels, and Kimberly applied lotion with a gentle massage to finish off the experience. I genuinely felt like royalty the entire time. To top it all off, Kimberly had set up some treats for me in the lounge—baklava, Turkish delight, nuts, tea, and water. So sweet and caring. I can't recommend Kimberly enough—she truly made the whole experience feel luxurious and personal. I enjoyed my treatment so much and will definitely be returning. Next time, I’m bringing my husband along so we can enjoy the steam room or maybe a couples' treatment."

"I've been following this business for some time now and finally got the chance to visir. Loved my experience here. The environment, decor, and customer service are top tier! It's clean and well maintained. Every detail has been thought about. The only recommendation I'd make is that I would have liked to be able to sit and lounge a bit after my massage before leaving. Having that invitation and dedicated space would be nice. But overall an excellent experience."

"Atmana Spa is one of the most serene spas in the city. Upon arrival you can sense a special energy in this space. It feels truly authentic and the staff take amazing care of clients. The foot soak ritual included in the service sets the stage and the steam room is divine! I went to this spa with 4 girlfriends for a very relaxing afternoon. We were offered snacks and tea by the wonderfully accommodating staff and immediately felt at ease. They have quite a few traditional Ayurvedic rituals and I truly enjoyed the Abhyanga treatment. Definitely looking forward to going back again soon!"

"I had a massage on August 31st and left in tears and distress after being completely violated by the RMT treating me. He was using way too much pressure, I asked him to ease up multiple times, he didn’t. I finally had to ask him to end the massage early after I started crying because I was in dire pain. He tried to block me from leaving the room and wouldn’t give me space to get up. I was promised a call from the store owner and an apology, which never happened until I called THEM two days later. Do NOT go here, they will scam you and violate you."

"Booked 1 massage and Jenny left the room 3 times whenever someone walked in, massaged my one calf for 30 minutes while she was on her cell....then wanted tip. I got ripped off. She tried to make it up with a free 30 minutes, then offered a free 60 minute massage, but I don't trust this place anymore. Even if they paid me to go back, I wouldn't. I wish she would have been honest and say she was busy instead of taking my money for nothing."

The spa is super clean, the atmosphere is incredibly pleasant, and the staff are welcoming and professional. You can easily book online, which makes things so convenient. I’ve been to Elmwood Spa and spent over $400 there, but honestly, Head & Stone blew it out of the water — and at a much more affordable price. "I saw their name in passing and was surprised they were still in business! I was a loyal customer when Vicki ran the place. Shortly after she handed the reins to a family member, I purchased a Mani/Pedi gift certificate for my husband for Christmas. He went to try and use it a year and one month later and they wouldn't honour it! The certificate expired after a year and they wouldn't even negotiate it. Never went back. Took my referred friends with me. Money down the drain. Their loss was someone else's gain. By the sounds of these reviews, not much has changed. Really miss Vicki, though. She was amazing and would have never done that to a client."

Tetiana is a miracle worker, my nails are in such bad shape and you would never know how awful they looked before, and now, wow❤️❤️ she really took her time and always made sure I was happy with what she was doing. "Long Winded Review Below: This review is for folks like me. The ones that may feel uncomfortable being touched by people you don't know, but are in enough discomfort and/or pain where you can't go on like this anymore. So, I let my back and neck pain go too far for too long and had to relent. The heat pad, mint oils and massage guns weren't cutting it at all. I needed help and asked around. I was directed to 3 Leaf by my sister, who also works in the field. I rolled the dice and booked with Tori for a 60 min message. The long and short: I regret not doing this decades ago. I was nervous and I felt out of place, but the staff and therapist calmly and kindly assisted me with all my questions and concerns. They made an otherwise anxiety inducing situation (for me anyways) quite comfortable and accommodating. Everything was thoroughly explained to me and all pertinent questions asked prior to even stepping into the room. Once in the room, Tori let me choose how I'd like to go about it and to only do what made me feel comfortable. I was asked not to hesitate to speak up and communicate any issues with pressure points or pain. I let Tori know where I was hurting the most and she quickly came up with a session plan to address my problems (mid and upper back + neck). Fast forward and Tori is literally finding all the spots, knots and pinches I've been dealing with for years now. Pressure was perfect where I wasn't in pain but I sure as hell could feel her working out those trouble areas. Additionally, she found tonnes and tonnes of areas I didn't even know were a problem. Only until she addressed them did I realize how far I'd let this go. Just a bundle of clenched muscle. Next day I was a little sore in a couple areas, but pain free. this soreness went away after 30-ish hours and I understand it was just the muscle finally getting a chance to fall back in place and relax. Things aren't perfect but this was only a single session. I don't expect miracles, especially with the way I've treated my body being in labor for decades. Anywho, I could go on but I digress. Massage therapy is worth it. Again, I wish I did this long ago, but at least I found my starting point here and now. Tori was wonderful and I'm greatly appreciative of her expertise, time and consideration for my needs. This was also an out of pocket payment (no insurance) but was worth every last cent. I highly recommend anyone looking for assistance with their pain load and/or injuries seek out this massage therapy and see what it's capable of doing for you. If you're anything like me, you won't regret it, and you may even kick yourself for not doing it sooner. Thanks to the team at 3 Leaf. Great experience. Already looking to book round two."

"Was a customer here for years. Years. Sarah was a great massage therapist and I have nothing against her. Her colleague on the other hand, not only gave a terrible massage but decidedly took it up on herself to waste my time and reschedule me without informing me. She informed my massage therapist Sarah "I told her to reschedule me for the end of the month". The problem with this is that not only did I not say this, but I received a text message from that very same person yesterday confirming my 845 am appointment today to which I responded "yes please". How you mix that up is beyond me, how you go rescheduling a client without their consent or even awareness to the date and time you set up is beyond me, and how your lack of professionalism just cost you a long term client will probably forever be over your head."
