"I had a gift card that I spent on a Spa Package at Leela. It was a fantastic experience. The staff are friendly. They offer tea at the front desk while you wait. The beds are heated which was a great touch and the headrests are super comfortable and smell and feel fresh. My RMT was Gala and she was amazing, very caring and incredibly respectful. I had my facial with Sara and she was equally great. Super kind and friendly and gave me the best head massage while my mask was on. All products that they used felt amazing. I’ll definitely go back and recommend to my friends."

"This is truly one of the best spas I've been to! The atmosphere is lovely, inviting, and very comfortable. The ladies here are incredible, personable, wonderful to be around, and work extremely hard to make sure my relaxation and comfort are of the upmost importance. I'm working my way through all the many services but my current favorite is the Body Polish! It leaves my skin feeling smooth, soft, moisturized, and smelling amazing with their beautiful array of essential oils! Can't wait to come back for my next appointment!"

Justina curated the facial to suit my skin’s specific needs, and the results were incredible. The spa’s upstairs space felt cozy, quiet, and wonderfully relaxing. The serene ambience made it feel like a retreat far away, even though it’s right in Streetsville. Figgy is very knowledgeable and kind, I would recommend this place to anyone who has been struggling with their scalp or hair. I personally do not understand the negative reviews I’ve seen posted, but just remember when you read those negative reviews, this is one woman taking in many clients a day without proper breaks and doing the best for her clients.
