"Great value at this hidden gem in Edmonds. For $80 for a 60 minute treatment, the therapist included a broad range of Thai techniques, including stretches, traction, compression, etc. plus essential oil and balm work on the back and hot towel work on the head, shoulders, and feet. She sought out feedback regarding pressure, and was responsive. Good body mechanics: I had my treatment at 4:15 PM and she seemed fresh as a daisy. The facility is sparkling clean, and they offer chilled water and herbal tea. My wife and I both walked out feeling refreshed."

"I love Thai massage! I’ve gone here twice so far for a 90 minutes massage and I’m very pleased with everything. I feel that this type of massage helps me with my chronic pain more than traditional Canadian massage. Thai massage is a combination of deep massage, assisted yoga and acupressure. It’s amazing how they can maneuver you into pretzel positions, when you’re fully relaxed like that. I’ll definitely be returning!"

"I received a package from Elmwood Spa as a Christmas gift from my boyfriend. It included the water therapies, a facial, 3-course lunch and a manicure & pedicure. The water therapies, facial and lunch were fantastic!! I enjoyed the steam room the most out of the water therapies and my facial was the highlight of my day. The lady doing my facial was Informational and made my skin glow. The food was excellent and I am a huge foodie. I also got a passion fruit mimosa which was delicious! However, the manicure and pedicure were the downfall of my visit. My nail tech unfortunately did not deliver the level of service I got from the other employees at Elmwood Spa. My nails were unevenly filed, and the nail polish was applied in such a way where the nail polish was not evenly distributed on the nail. The nail polish on my feet were applied sloppy. She did not attempt to clean up the nail polish around the edge of my toe nail. I wish I only had the first half of my experience as I would have given this review 5 stars."

"The place is great. Laura was amazing at the spa reception and also our RMTs Aida and Alyssa. The service was professional and the staff went above and beyond. Everything went smoothly and was a great experience. The only thing that left a sour experience was adding an auto grat of 18% on the bill without asking and just saying we had added it. There is no mention of this on the website or during reservation inquiries. And not only myself, but many people below in the comments mentioned the same so I guess the spa must revise its process and let customers decide what they want to or do not want to pay Grats as they are not mandatory and customary. This is the only thing that brought the ratings down from what could have been a 4 or 5."

"FINALLY, a good massage! I've gotten traditional Swedish massage but decided to switch it up so I went for a Thai massage here. My persistent shoulder and back tightness/pain feels drastically less after I left, and I foresee it getting better and better with time. It felt so good, the woman who did it was very friendly and knew exactly what she was doing. I'm 100% coming back and recommending this place to friends."

"Nariko’s Hiit Class = 5 stars! I went to S+T for the first time this weekend. It didn’t not disappoint. The space was open, clean, modern. I took the Lift Hiit class with Nariko. It was fun, high-energy, and the community atmosphere was great. I liked the weights, treadmill, ground circuits, it made for a full-body + cardio workout all in less than one hour. Nariko was clear in direction, motivating and a fantastic instructor. I even got a hand-written welcome card! So sweet ????. You even get a nice cold lavender towel after. ???????? Highly recommend!! Next time I’ll try a hot yoga or Pilates class. ????"

"I signed up for the introductory facial, but after assessing my skin the technician said the regular facial was too intense for my sensitive skin and that I should do some kind of upgrade (which of course cost extra). This felt deceptive since the standard facial is listed as being for all skin types. I went for the upgrade since it was made to seem like my skin would be very irritated by the regular facial. The facial itself was a really nice, I even fell asleep at one point. After leaving my eyes were itching quite a bit. It felt like there had been too much product put near my eyes, so I tried to dab a clean dry face cloth around my eyes. That didn’t help so I had to wash my face within a hour of being home. Not a horrible experience but I’m unlikely to return."

"Such a bang for your buck at this nail salon! I have been in for pedicures several times either on my own, or with my mom and sister and have never been disappointed! Their tools are ALWAYS clean, and some tools such as razor blades, files, etc. are all new from the package for every client at every appointment: that is very important to me! I always get the shelac polish on my toes, and they are very careful not to file too much on my real nails since they are sensitive. My other favourite part about this salon is the customer service, it is by far the best I've had for a mid price salon!
