Bernard and Maxime (the owners) have created an amazing calm, peaceful and loving atmosphere here, not to mention the tasteful decor. They are also Dr. Joe advanced students and do meditation sessions every now and then, which uplifts the energy of the room even more. Personally for me, the first time I experienced a session here, I felt very calm and could not think of any negative thoughts. All the chatter in my mind before I walked in, completely disappeared. I did a meditation here and it was much deeper than what I do at home. After a few sessions here, I noticed during my energy center (chakra) meditations, I could feel my 7th center which I had never felt in my life before. I highly recommend this place."

"Tried many different massage places and therapists. I’ve been going to AMTC for 4 years now & Sophie actually deserves a shoutout. She’s the best! Never booked or will try to book with anyone else lol. She’s consistent, very skillful and never makes me feel uncomfortable. The location and massage rooms are extremely clean (you could even say they’re aesthetic and well decorated) and the vibe is so relaxing. Their massage tables have a heating pad as well. The location has a lot of parking spots and the waiting area is well organized. Also their receptionists are a breeze to communicate with. No issues with payments and receipts."

I booked a session expecting a professional massage from a registered massage therapist Josh kennedy, but what I got was a complete waste of time. The RMT clearly lacked even the most basic understanding of massage techniques. Instead of providing a proper, therapeutic massage with varied techniques to address muscle tension, he simply applied pressure to one spot for nearly the entire session. It felt like they had no training or awareness of how to deliver an effective treatment. I left feeling frustrated, unrelieved, and honestly ripped off. Save your time and money—there are far better options out there for a professional massage. I won’t be returning."
