The last two times the massage practitioners have been very young, and this last time obviously pretty inexperienced. The time before last, the practitioner tried to upsell me a head massage, and neither time was the massage practitioner I requested when I booked actually the one I got. Something has happened here, I won't be back."

I have been to a couple of their outlets in Port Moody and Burnaby before and was never asked to pay a 'tip'. The old lady at the Port Coquitlam outlet almost insisted I pay a 'tip'! Everybody asking for 'tips' these days, even after picking up your own pizza! Ridiculous! Never going back again!"
