"The RMT Jesse was wonderful! Very thorough, caring and genuine. Took extra care around injuries and offered advice to ease pain while waiting for surgery. The booking process was simple with Megan who was also lovely to deal with. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is the speakers in the massage room are blown/broken so the peaceful spa music is really distorted and grating to listen to. Otherwise a great experience and I will definitely be back!"

"I had an appointment with Inna today, and unfortunately, it was marred by an unprofessional incident. Before my session, the therapist accidentally sent me a text message that was intended for someone else, making disparaging comments about my weight. While I understand that mistakes can happen, I was taken aback by the lack of professionalism and respect displayed in that message. When we visit healthcare or service providers, we trust them to maintain a certain level of dignity and discretion, even if they may have personal opinions or biases. In this case, that trust was broken. Regardless of her technical skill, the therapist's lack of professionalism and disrespectful behavior ultimately undermines the quality of her services and makes one think about how she discusses her clients with her friends and family. If I had read the message before the appointment, I would not have gone ahead with the appointment."

"Ashton Klassen is fantastic at osteopath and massage therapy. I have been able to have more strength in my back and hold my form in place better since his treatments. In addition to this, I had pain in the gall bladder area every time I ate and he moved the gall bladder over slightly as it was a bit out of place and now I have no pain when I eat or just after I eat. ????"
