I did not appreciate being asked for more tip at the end. The masseuse kinda got mad at me when I wouldn't give more. NOT a way to do business!! "*** Updated Review*** I’m updating my review from 3 to 4 stars after the operations manager personally reached out to me. I really appreciate how quickly she contacted me following my review. The manager was very understanding, and I felt heard during our conversation. She acknowledged the importance of clients feeling listened to by the RMT and noted that the therapist I had usually has received positive feedback. It might have just been a mismatch on my end, so she added a note to my file not to be scheduled with her in the future. Regarding customer service, the manager explained that her staff is well-trained and typically walks guests through the experience. She also recognized that I’ve visited the West location, which has a different layout and understood why I felt the need for direction. We had a great conversation, and she sincerely apologized for my less-than-ideal experience on my birthday. To make up for it, she offered me a 15% discount on my next service. I truly appreciate the effort made to ensure my satisfaction. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- I did the Blitz Luxe package for my birthday, which included a 90-minute water circuit, a 60-minute facial, and a 60-minute massage. Overall, I have a mixed review—some aspects were fantastic, while others fell short. Great Experience: Therapeutic Water Circuit: 10/10 – I absolutely loved the combination of hot salt water, steam room, cold plunge, sauna, and hot tub. It was incredibly relaxing and set the perfect tone for my next treatment. Facial: 10/10 – Emma was amazing! She was very knowledgeable, sweet, and friendly. The facial was so enjoyable that the hour flew by, and I wished it could have lasted longer. Not-So-Great Experience: Massage: Unfortunately, this was a major letdown. My RMT hardly applied any pressure—most of the time, it felt like she was just spreading oil on my skin without focusing on my muscles. I mentioned that I do desk work and would appreciate attention on my neck, shoulders, and lower back, but she spent most of the session on my arms and legs, areas I didn't really need work on. She even ended by massaging my ears, which I thought was odd. I would have preferred this time spent on my scalp or neck. I had to remind her several times to apply more pressure, but it was still too light, even for a Swedish massage. Given the price of the massage, I was really disappointed, especially since I was hoping to feel better afterward but left unsatisfied. Customer Service: 5/10 – I was surprised that the front desk didn’t ask if it was my first visit or offer directions to the facilities. The change rooms were located on the lowest level, and I had no idea until I ran into a lady who showed me where they were and asked for my shoe size. When I was asked whether I wanted my protein shake immediately or in 10 minutes, I chose the latter, but it didn’t arrive until 30 minutes later. By then, I had to rush through it before my next service. When I paid, I didn’t receive a receipt with the RMT number, which I need for my benefits claim. I was told it would be emailed to me the next day, but it’s been 7 days and I still haven’t received it. Compared to other spas I’ve visited, the customer service here was lacking. Overall, it was a decent experience, but for the price, I expected better service."

I tell you my experience at least if you are reading this review maybe it helps you to choose wisely and if you decide to come to this place make everything super clear with them because they easily fool you. They are playing with the price. It was my first time and I asked the girl about the pakaj 90 minutes which was $75 . We started at 6:10 and 5 minutes soak our feet and 15 minutes was for the massage then we changed the room at 6:30, they started at 6:35 at 7:15 they said it's done which means total 60 minutes .when I asked how come she said 15 minutes it's just foot soaking and she barely speak English Which means they steal 30 minutes. Also you have to pay a tip the amount they ask not what you want. About the quality of the massage The foot massage was quite good. ❌But body massage not good at all. Looks like somebody they don't know what massage means they are not professional at body massage. I think even this business doesn't give a proper salary to their workers. ❌For 2 person 20 minutes foot massage (5 minutes soak in water+15 minutes massage) And 40 minutes body massage ⛔In total for 1 hour they charged us $190 Does not worth the service they provide ????????????????????????????????????????"

"I have been visiting Bodyology for almost a year now and each visit and service has been amazing. I wanted to especially mention Jonathan as his professionalism, attention to detail, and care is something that firmly keeps me coming back. His massages are always incredible and all of my pain areas are always addressed. Dr Christina is phenomenal and I am always so happy to visit her! She’s so knowledgeable and friendly and I feel so safe in her hands! The studio is really cozy and despite being next to construction, the noise never bothered me (that’s just living in toronto). I have been enjoying their Wellness Wednesdays program and I think it’s been a fantastic way to bring and keep clients. I received therapeutic treatment from Rachelle who was very knowledgeable on how to work on my problem areas and recommended exercises and stretches to alleviate further problems. "I booked a massage for my Girlfriend and I mid July. On the website I still can't find that insurance is not accepted. As much as it's my duty to ask, I did not. It states on their website .. and I quote "Here at Good Time Wellness, we have a team of professional massage therapists ready at your service. Under years of training and practice, our store provides you with the best and most approved massage therapists" end quote. As much as I enjoyed the massage, this is very faulty information. Massage Therapists are licensed, all of them. There's no way around it. It's awesome that your team has holistic licenses but don't lie about it. When going to pay for my service, I noticed a very old school way of tallying up invoices. With using a calculator, the receptionist tallied up both massage prices including my $20 tip for each Masseuse AND THEN taxed me on the whole amount to figure out the final balance. You don't tax tip amounts. I enjoyed my experience but professionalism is not on the radar here. All the best to GoodTime Wellness"

"I have been visiting Euphoria Spa for five years. The lineup at the moment is very good with six or seven proven gems. I was pleased with the beauty and positive attitude of newer girls Sana, Jewel and Lucia. I especially like the fact that this spa is very International with ladies from Hungary, Corsica and Denmark. The two floor layout is nice also. The authentic Chinese food in the plaza is another big plus."

If this review is solely about her, it would be a five star, As I do walk in, I don’t always get Sophia ,and some of the other girls short time and or demand tips . Rates currently is $75? for 1/2 hour to 45 ( choose 45 min ) $90 for 1 hour & $125? For a hour & a half & $180 for 2 hours . You dont have to tip & in my opinion most definitely not if they ask or demand a given sum , or try & get you to shower for the last 10-15 min of your time . That being said I do tip as a hour deep tissue is really hard work & 10-15% that you give a waitress to take your order & drop your food does not compare to a hour of deep tissue . Watch what your getting & for myself I will start making appointments with Sophia"

Christa was very informative about the procedure and I was pleased with my results after 8 sessions. I also had microblading done and cannot express how amazing of an experience it was. "We went to Daisy for their opening day special, both mom and I getting spa pedicures. I can honestly say that this is the best pedicure I’ve had in a long time! Dung was so amazing and made it a great experience, my feet have never been softer and I go every two months so I am pretty seasoned in this lol. All the ladies here are so friendly, the chairs are great and even have wireless chargers built in. I will 100% be back for my next pedicure, this is now my go to!"
