"Ive been going here for 3+ years, atleast twice a month. And usually i take a friend. I booked an appointment for 2 1 hour massages + hot stone. Upon arrival only one massage was with hot stone and they failed to let me know. In addition the massage was a waste of my hour, being it wasnt even real massage with pressure but just an oil rub. I expressed this to the receptionist and all she had to say was “oh”. Waste of time. Lack of customer service."

"This is one of our favourite spots for a late night date. The massages are consistently good (we mostly do foot), the owner is very warm and the facility itself is clean, modern and comfortable. The massages can be painful, depending on your therapist. This hasn’t been an issue for me but I’d just communicate your preferences in advance. I feel like a million bucks after! 10/10!"

"Warm friendly lady at the front greeting you. Decided to do the 90 minute foot and body massage and explained to the lady at the front where I was experiencing some pain (ankle and wrist and upper back) - foot massage was fine (I’ve had better) massage therapist did not speak any English and that lasted 30 mins. Next was the nightmare - I’m in more pain after that back massage than when I went in. Therapist was belching and that was horrible and well was just about the worst massage I’ve had. I had to stop her from massaging my legs 1) because I said repeatedly I did not need them massaged and it was back that was hurting and had to tell her she did not even massage the wrist that was the issue. After the massage I informed the lady at the front desk of my experience and she just said “oh sorry” and asked if I want to tip the therapist. Well I’m never coming back here !!"

"Horrible experience. Got a couples massage with my girlfriend for Christmas, two ladies were talking the whole time in Asian, very rough, and barely gave a massage. Not relaxing at all. Wouldn’t give a partial refund for their errors. Don’t waste your time and money"
