"I had booked a couples massage for our anniversary. With about 3 hours until our appointment, was called and told our appointment was cancelled due to a massage therapist no longer available. When I asked about what compensation would be provided due to less than 24 hours notice, was told nothing was forthcoming. I understand things happen last minute, but seems a little unfair that if it was the other way around, I’d be charged for the appointment according to their cancellation policy. This would have been my first visit, but likely won’t be returning."
