Despite arriving on time, I did not receive the full service I was expecting moreover i was made to pay full amount despite receiving all the booked services. To make matters worse, the staff was incredibly rude and unprofessional, showing little regard for how to properly treat customers. Running a business without the proper ethics and customer care is not only unprofessional, but it’s also completely unacceptable. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as businesses should prioritize both quality service and respectful customer interactions."
