"I am disappointed with this place. I went in today, they took me in at a short notice which was great. I got there, there is no greeting or pleasantries. “You are here for your 1.30 appointment “ and I am sent to a massage room. No conversation on injuries, type of massage, focus areas nothing. To make things worse, my massage therapist could not understand or speak English. So there is no communication. Inconsistent pressure, no technique per say. I didn’t know what to expect at all. I paid for 90 mins and the massage was done in 70 mins. The ambiance is not spa like. There were loud conversations going on outside and no music to mask that. The only plus point is the price, but then again, I would rather pay more and get at least a good service."

"It was my first time here. The massage itself was good. I was asked if I wanted an eye mask as well (not being informed this was additional $) which I brushed off when I noticed it on the bill. But afterwards, the customer service via email was not helpful at all. They are not responsive and helpful in addressing my questions. So for lack of customer support, I give two stars. Most likely, will not return."

"I brought my father to this spa for a chair massage because he is in a wheelchair and can’t lie flat on his stomach. They did an excellent job of making him comfortable on the chair for a 30 minute massage that he loved so much we came back the following week. I loved that you can do as little as 15 mins for $20 or add to that for 30 mins, 60 mins etc. depending on what you need, and how much kneading you need! I highly recommend this place."
