"I had a service on Thurs. Jan 2/2025 I always see RMT Laura, she is profesional and amazing at finding all your tageted areas. I really like their new receptionist, she is very welcoming, mindful to greet customers, talk on the phone all in a quietly manner when customers are receiving their treatments are in progress. The other receptionist is very loud. You can hear her in through ther double doors and into the treatment rooms. It's not a relaxing experience. The atmosphere and staff are welcoming and professional."

"Edith is amazing, 10/10! She takes the time to listen to your concerns and then caters the appointment to that concern. I have chronic pain in my neck/shoulder area so my main concern is always that area. I have seen her 3 times now and each appointment I have less and less soreness/tension during the appointment. My last appointment I actually had zero tension and I fell asleep! I will recommend Edith to anyone in need (or not in need!) of a massage therapist! Thank you Edith!"

"I tried the Sherwood Park location, and booked in for a specialty pedicure. They didn't do half of what was advertised, and said the "forgot". I decided to give them another try and booked in for Regal Nails. They canceled last minute and offered to move me to St. Albert. I made it very clear I needed to be done by 3pm because of an important appointment. They assured me I would be. We arrived early, but they were disorganized from the beginning and the lady doing my pedicure didn't know what she was doing. They spoke to each other, but wouldn't engage in conversation with my friend and I, acting quite rude. The whole experience was anything but relaxing, and took so long I missed the appointment. They argued about giving me the advertised deal that was confirmed at booking and the lady taking payment was quite unpleasant. There's too many better options to give them any more chances."

"I have been frequenting Natural Balance since shortly after it opened. It’s my quiet “me time” for a manicure, pedicure and wax. LOVE the staff and experience. If my hubby finds out Krista has an opening for a pedicure he will have it filled for himself faster than she can post it!! You will definitely enjoy any and all services you choose. "As a person of colour who suffers with many ingrown hairs, i did some research and found that laser hair removal was the best option for me. I just needed to find someone who does this treatment. After reaching out to many persons on FB marketplace and explaining to them that I am black, they said their machines wouldn’t work for me and that I needed an ND:YAG laser. After scouting scouting for someone with this machine in particular. I found Laleh and she confirmed that she does have the machine. I quickly set up an appointment for the Saturday. On arrival, I was welcomed by someone else who always shares the space with her and then Laleh came out to me and I filled out a form with my personal details. She made me feel comfortable and explained the process thoroughly before getting started. For reference, I am getting my chin and jaw areas done where the hair is really thick and curly. The first initial clicks were shocking and burned as was not the most comfortable as I have never experienced anything like that but we found a method that works for us where she counts and clicks 4-5 times and then stops. As I became accustomed to the clicks some areas were painless and some hurt but I guess it depends on the type of hair you have and the lightness of it. Fast forwarding to my third session, I can see results in my face and the hair is growing back very sparsely and is lighter. Above all, the pain from the clicks has become way easier as time has progressed to me feeling little to no pain at all. I can’t wait to see the results at session 6!"

"Scott did a amazing job with my husband's shoulder issue. I have had some issues with my lower back so I thought I would head to his office too. Scott was extremely informative and really takes the time to listen to your concerns. I really appreciated that he not only treats you in his office but also gives great advice on aftercare at home. My lower back feels so much better. If your looking for a chiropractor who has great knowledge and cares about his patients, Scott is definitely the doctor your looking for."

"Discovering Zapara's sauna rental near Barrie was a weekend highlight! We called on a whim and they had availability. Their sauna offered a blissful escape, helping us sweat out toxins and unwind. The experience was deeply cleansing, leaving us all feeling rejuvenated. Adding a vinok to our session brought a unique touch. The morning after the session I can honestly say I had a very good sleep. I highly recommend Zapara for a relaxing experience especially in the winter. Thank you"

"Upon my friends recommendation. I went by here yesterday, got a very nice lady. They put me in a room, very clean with a large ensuite shower. Massage was exceptional, left totally relaxed. Did a 45 min massage, should have stayed longer"

There was no wait even though we didn't have appointments. My massage: The pressure on the back was good. I had to keep asking her to reduce the pressure on the legs. It was too strong, and it hurt. I didn't feel relaxed."

"I have always had great service from Labelle. I recently had 3 services booked and when I arrived for my appointments I was told that some of the staff chose not to work as there had been a flood. I was not called prior to my appointment(s) re a cancelation and 4 weeks later have not been contacted with an apology or asking if I wanted to rebook. I am very disappointed with the customer service."
