"Let me paint you a picture, you'll walk into the beautiful, clean entrance of the massage clinic only to be greeted with a friendly smiling receptionist named Rose, right away she made me feel as if we had known eachother for years. Lauren was my massage RMT her warm demeanor and hospitality is refreshing, but most importantly, the knowledge and professionalism she demonstrated was phenomenal. I truly felt cared for, thank you so much! I'll be back for a second massage."

"My experience at Picasso's was mostly great! The facility is beautiful and my stylist left me with an incredible cut. My issue and something everyone should be aware of is their prices online are NOT what they charge in store. I ended up paying almost DOUBLE what I anticipated. I thought this was pretty scummy practice... and when I brought it up at checkout, receptionist said those prices were "old" and didn't honour them... despite them being the prices they advertise?! She basically said oh well these are the prices here's the machine to pay. Not the best experience at the end but overall a good salon."

"It was a last-minute booking. I called instead of walking in. The tech over the phone was honest about their availability, which is good as I opted for Shellac. The place is cozy, clean, and very welcoming. The technician was just wonderful. She has done an amazing job with shaping and application of the shellac and snowflake design. Great color selection to choose from. And I do have arthritis in my hands, and my hands felt felt amazing afterwards. I highly recommend and I will return again."

"Very unprofessional experience with Mr. Cat M., RMT at StoonRMT. I arrived early for my 10am appointment and waited outside. The sign on the door said to call if it was locked, so I waited until exactly 10:00am before calling. Then came the surreal part—he pulled in right at 10am, speeding into the lot in a red Jeep with a Tim Hortons in hand. He was wearing Pit Vipers and cargo pants, visibly sweaty, and looked completely rushed and unprepared. He unlocked the door in a hurry, asked “What’s your name?” without any introduction, glanced into a spare room, and casually said “I’m your RMT.” The space wasn’t clean or welcoming, and everything about the experience felt chaotic. Every massage I’ve had in the past has been relaxing, professional, and clean—this was the complete opposite. I told him I’d have to pass on the appointment, and instead of being understanding, he looked irritated and said, “You’re going to pass?” Honestly, all I was thinking was: Get me out of this place. I booked here based on the great reviews, but clearly got the wrong provider. He might be a good RMT, but weekend mornings clearly aren’t for him. If 10am is too early to show up prepared and composed, those appointments shouldn’t be available. I didn't care that the session was paid for — I didn’t want to spend an hour feeling uncomfortable with someone who was visibly annoyed and rushing in last minute. Hopefully, he used that hour to get his schedule together."

"I have an amazing massage with Lushiya . She was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. Her technique was perfect, and she really focused on the areas that needed the most attention. I left feeling relaxed and rejuvenated. I honestly say she's the best massage therapist I've ever had. She has a great personality and really takes the time to listen to my concerns and address them during the session. Her hands are magic - she's able to work out knots and tension that I didn't even know had. I leave feeling like a new person today! I highly recommend her and definitely come back to her again."
