"I just got a Buccal massage and it was AMAZING! Cindy was great! She used several techniques, was very knowledgeable, super friendly and made me feel so comfortable. I originally went because I have TMJ and get chronic headaches, but the service is so much more than just a massage! I left with my headache gone, my skin feeling so smooth, and my mood completely lifted! I will be booking again with her soon for sure. Highly recommend :)"

"The appointment started late without any explanation or apology, immediately reflecting a lack of organization. Before the session, specific areas of focus were discussed, but once the massage began, the therapist completely disregarded the agreed-upon plan. Instead of addressing the intended concerns, they spent time on unrelated areas, resulting in frustration and no relief. To make matters worse, when the issue was brought up with the owner, Melissa, she responded with excuses instead of addressing the complaint seriously. It came across as dismissive and unprofessional. This experience was a complete waste of time and money. There are many other places that prioritize professionalism and client care—choose one of those instead."

"I had a massage session that didn’t agree with my body. The masseuse and the admin team helped me find a resolution that worked for both parties. Overall, the experience was good. The people are great and actually want you to feel relaxed. I would definitely recommend their service and advise you to do your research on how different massage techniques work for different body types."

"One of my favourite places to visit, and absolutely magical in the winters. Usually very busy crowds, but everyone is respectful. Plenty of spots to enjoy and discover in terms of hot pools and sauna’s. Highly recommend doing the Aromatherapy Ritual Sauna — it’s intense and so relaxing. The restaurant is pricey but the food is excellent quality. Lockers, robes, and towels are all provided. Perfect for an anniversary, date, or self care day!"

"I have had positive experiences with some of the massage therapists but the business itself is not client centered. If you are a few minutes late they will cancel your massage and take your previous credit card in format and put it through. I was not informed they would be doing this. I was a regular customer and did not expect them to do this. Also they do not offer any other option other then one hour which is almost 150 but if you are limited in how much coverage you have for massage therapy this can be very limiting. Now they have added a tip option when paying. For me this was a final straw! This is an expensive and indulgent process. Every time I go for a massage I have to ask my self if I can afford it and if I deserve it. Now I have to feel guilty if I can’t afford to tip. Anyway I think there are better places to go where they don’t take advantage of their customers. Just be careful about giving credit card info."

"I am so glad that I found Andrea @ Lotus & Lavender Spa! I've been seeing Andrea since March 2023 for regular facials, an Indian head massage (glorious!) and a pedicure and I so highly recommend her. She has created a very warm, relaxing and calm environment at her spa, and you can feel the care and warmth she has for her clients. She's like talking to a friend. I have very tricky, sensitive skin and she is always researching for me the best products to use on my face that are priced well, organic and Canadian-made and uses these in my regular facials. Her magic hands and facial massages are the BEST! Thank you so much, Andrea. I will see you again soon!"

"I've had several appointments with Samantha now and Ive been very impressed so far she does a fantastic job! My range of motion has improved, im less sore when I wake up its helped tremendously. They have heated massage tables, its very updated and modern in there but also a very relaxing atmosphere. I would definitely recommend coming here!"
