"I went to your spa today at 11:15. I was not told to show up early or was I sent any paper work. Upon getting there the girl that gave me the massage filled it out on her phone with me. I was told that was part of my massage time and I was charged for a 45 minute massage that lasted only 30 minutes. I also expressed my problem areas a few times which was my neck and it was only worked on for 5 minutes. I went there because I was unable to move my neck and I left there still not able to move my neck."

"Do not go to Lucky water if you have high expectations. This is not the Queen Elizabeth Hotel. The lucky water spa is clean and well maintained but it is not a luxurious spa. It serves the basic purpose of sauna, hot Jacuzzi, very small cold pool to dip and I believe they have 5 massage rooms. I have been there at least 6 times and have always gotten very good massages from professional Asian women."
