"Booked a last minute 60 minute aromatic whole body massage through class pass. I booked it 2 hours in advance and got a text message from staff asking if I can be rescheduled for another date because they were not feeling well so I said it was totally fine and asked if I could get credited back so I can book elsewhere. Staff said it was ok and that “someone else” would do it. I arrived 15 minutes early and found staff and no other customers. Staff said they had an issue with scheduling therefore had the excuse, but felt totally blindsided getting lied to. The upstairs itself seemed clean, downstairs was an old basement where massage took place. There were no pre-assessments done or emergency contact taken which is pretty routine for a massage even if not with RMT. The staff was pleasant and overall pretty adequate massage, pressure was ok, but didn’t take note of the softer parts of your body (like inner arm near your bicep or calves) so today my arms feel like they have a rug burn. Overall an adequate experience for a last minute booking, but I would not come back."

"I’ve had nothing but wonderful experiences at this clinic. The front desk staff are patient, friendly, and impressively multilingual—they speak English, Mandarin, Korean, and even Spanish! Appointments were well taken care of and made easy. The clinic itself is very clean, bright, and equipped with the latest cosmetic technology. Plenty of parking spots and there’s a also pharmacy nearby, very convenient."
