"DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!! I purchased a package at this place couple yrs ago, because the covid , I don’t want to present to the public place . I called in today since my sis came from Paris and I wish to invite her for a massage , and I still have one time left at this place , so I was thinking to use my last time in my old package and repurchase a new package . But the woman was very rude and She didn't want to honor the previous agreement even I paid . The most funny thing is this Chinese lady called me back since knowing that I speak Chinese as well, she just hang up on my face right away without saying anything . So ridiculous!! How this type of person can survive from business, no loyalty no respect no honor . I recommend to never go !!!!!! And I don’t need apology neither refund or credit , I will give this price as a lesson fee to everyone , just don’t trust this small place and do not prepay at this place . YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY"

"I started training at Ecole Setsuko in the autumn of 2020 and have been continually impressed by the calibre of the educators and the depth of instruction. Courses are well-organized, thoughtful and enriching. The director of the school has created comprehensive professional programs taught by experienced practitioners and has really adapted to the needs of the students, especially during the pandemic and all of the necessary precautions in place. I feel confident that I will come out of this not only highly competent in my chosen modalities, but connected to a group of well-rounded practitioners as we launch our practices. The atmosphere of the school (even with online classes) is very welcoming, human and professional. I have only positive things to say about this school!
