"Clean space, professional and friendly staff. I got the ear cleansing - if you never had your ear cleaned before, definitely try it. It's extremely relaxing. My husband got a whole body massage - they asked for the areas that he would like the masseuse to focus on. My husband is picky with massages, we have gone to the best spas in Asia, and he thought his massage was very good. Highly recommend!"

"We were very disappointed that our lovely Mother’s Day was spoilt. Weeks prior we booked 3 massages for 90 minutes for my daughters and myself. 2 days before we were called to say the can not accommodate 90 minute massage for 3 of us, only for one of us. We were sharing a room together. I also did not realize that when my children had finished they let strangers in the same room as me. How rude. Total lack of privacy. When we got there to check in, they said that it was not their fault about the messed up booking. After much discussion, it was agreed that the receptionist booked it incorrectly. Then the offered us a $10.00 credit for our next visit. I told them that I expect it for this visit as it was totally their fault about the massage. Then they said that they will offer us $5.00 instead. That is very unprofessional. To top it all off, the room that I was having the massage in, they let strangers share my room. We were all disappointed with the way things were handled. Total lack of customer service. I have been there many times and have recommended people to go there. I definitely should have bed. Treated better."

"I called front desk and I believe her name was Lilian and asked if there was any spots available now , She said yes, and come asap . I told her it would take me 15 mins to get there.she said you can only do 1 hr coz there is a client right after you. After one hour i went outside and paid. She told me your masseuse gave you extra mins which I didn’t even know. I said great thank you. I tip her 30-40% which I always do ,not sure what her problem was. Than I asked for water she gave me attitude and screamed at me and said “what do you want”and I asked if she has room temp water she said I have nothing it’s all in the fridge I really have nothing for you. So regardless if you’re long time customer or tip them well she still gives me an attitude. If there were no spots available it would have been fine for me.you actually have problem with time management and you let it out at the customer. If can’t manage this maybe you shouldn’t be there. No one deserves this as a customer."
