"Massage was okay, but I was extremely sore afterwards and couldn’t sleep on my back. It’s a bit odd that the massage section is just a narrow hallway with a few doors, this means you can hear everything going on in the medical/dental waiting room during your massage, so it unfortunately wasn’t very relaxing."

"I had a wonderful experience at Wellness on 1st, initially going to try the facial treatments offered here. The staff are friendly and professional and the space is so cozy and cute! The treatment was relaxing, even for my first time trying accupuncture, and I noticed improvements in my skin after only a couple visits, including reduced puffiness and fine lines around my eyes and brow. Highly recommend this approach for anyone interested in anti-aging treatments that aren't botox or fillers...and covered by benefits! Ended up booking a full body treatment after trying the facial and highly recommend for overall stress relief."

"Bright and modern space. The deco is absolutely beautiful, very tasteful. Ideal location in bridgeland near downtown. Fantastic staff. Plenty of parking. I had the pleasure to get the therapeutic facial massage with Melissa which was delightful and effective. I also see Tracy and Thomas for injections and they are both very knowledgeable and talented. Namu | lash extension is great for a natural look yet sexy and elegant which is hard to find in Calgary. And last but not least Kirstyn for wonderful peels and facials. The attention to details here is always beyond my expectations. They make you feel at ease as soon as you enter the space and I always leave with a smile. Highly recommend this clinic! My favorite in Calgary."

"Jack has been my massage therapist for over 6 years if not longer, I really owe him a lot of good comments because of my laziness to put on my review, I highly recommend Jack as he fixed all my problems and issues, I'm a die hard badminton player, all this year's with my shoulder pain and lower back pain and problem after gym exercise or even trigger finger you name it I may have them all and he fixed it all. Sound to good to be true. Once he fixed it, issues will not come back for a very very long time. From as little as one visit to go from bearly walking to walk with 80% close to normal for emergency fix. I tried a lot others for convenience reason but never be able to find one that can do as good as him. He is my saviour. If he retires, Calgary will lose a gem in the massage therapy field, he is the only one I will think and trust of when I have emergency or any big issue, not chiro but him. Only thing is you have to bear the painful treatment he gives you and have faith on him that he will definitely fix it for you. I'm really out of words how much I appreciate him all this years. No one can fix issue better than Jack."

"I certainly do not recommend this place. The Lady masseuse was sloppy. She forgot one hand and one leg! No matter how many times i asked her to be stronger, her massage was just mainly touching with no pressure at all. I had to stop the the massage 10 mins earlier because it was not massage at all. I regret the time and money i spent there."
