"At first I couldn't find Spa Bellissima! It was in an office type building, not in the Mall I thought it was in. I therefore arrived late and was ready to simply re-book. However Isabel (my assigned specialist) was very understanding and welcoming; took me in, and made me feel at ease. This was my first truly professional facial, even though I have spent my career lifetime in the Beauty Industry. I have ultra sensitive, oily aging skin. Very difficult to treat, and the reason I was always too leary to book a facial for myself. I was always fearful of scarring, as I knew that I had alot of congestion and would need a deep cleanse. Let me tell you, this was an amazing experience. Isabel was sure to be very gentle yet was somehow able to deep clean my pores and even remove a couple of irritating milia from around my eyes. My skin was left glowing and felt fantastic. The next day people were telling me I looked rested lol. Isabel was very personable and caring, a true professional. She is a huge asset to the Spa and should be commended. I highly recommend Spa Bellissima and will be returning regularly as a way of caring for myself on a more consistent basis, as we women so often forget to do!"

"I recently booked 2 pedicures for my friend and myself. I was able to book the 2 appointments through email as the website didn't allow for 2 bookings for the same service. The email response time was less than 24 hours. Upon arrival, I was greeted with smiles and I immediately took noticed to the cheeky mugs. I was offered a bracelet shortly after I checked in. The lightening was sufficient, not to low and not to bright for a person such as myself with sensory issues (deciding factor if I return to an establishment). A TV was on with low sound and the conversation were an adequate level, I didn't need to put noise cancelling headphones on. Brook did my pedicure and she was friendly, funny, and made me comfortable. I was happy with my pedicure and I can't wait to go back."
