"I booked 2hrs massage with RMT Rosangela Feitosa, i explained my I was in an accident and my entire body hurts. I also mentioned I been going these since January 19, 2025. I explained to RMT Rosangela Feitosa exactly what been happening and how my lower back and shoulder is hurting a lot, I also explain it may be nerve pain from my accident. I lay there for 2 hours waiting for RMT Rosangela Feitosa to put a little pressure or some pressure on the areas I expected that was hurting and there’s a lot of tension. I basically wasted 2hrs and my body feels exactly the same only difference I left with a migraine. RMT Rosangela Feitosa was pulling my hair probably thinking it was the way of giving a head massage, that was awful. I shared all this with the receptionist and she listened then advised, RMT Rosangela Feitosa has 20 years of experience and her manager is gone for the next 3 weeks. How convenient and how disgusting. I feel so angry, I know I didn’t pay as my insurance is covering this but the point of going there for a massage is to get help with the pain and discomfort. I however left with a headache and more discomfort."

"First time here. 5 star experience. The best massage I have ever had in my life. I called in for a last minute for a deep tissue massage, and they were able to accommodate me. My massage was with May and she was excellent. No talking which was perfect, great pressure, technique and very thorough. I play lots of sports and I have had MANY massages, but never as good as May. Not to mention how comfortable the prices are as well. This will definitely be my go to from here on."

"I left a review before, and it’s gone. Long story short - the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my life. The lady who cuts the men’s hair has an attitude, avoid her (yes leaving your name out, out of courtesy). Took my son to get a haircut, and she started combing his curls with three spritz of water, no detangler, no shampoo. Then when my five year old said ow and she told me to leave, literally after ten seconds."
