"False advertising for foot reflexology. The women here have zero training or application of what reflexology is. I went here yesterday and told the woman what I needed her to focus on (my arch and heel) and she spent the next 60mins just rubbing the top half of my foot, my ankles, and my calves. She barely spoke any English and clearly does not understand it either. I recommend avoiding this place and going to the reflexologist located in KP Mall who actually knows what reflexology is, understands English, and listens to your request on what areas to focus on while performing these services."

I love how floating calms my nervous system, when you walk into this place you walk into a floating cloud right off the bat, the energy, the vibe, the place is so beautiful and zen. "The reception and waiting room are cozy and welcoming. Jeffery Dalhouse is very skilled and professional. I clearly communicated that I don’t mind pain for a lot of gain. I’m just visiting Winnipeg, but my regular therapist recommended Jeffery, and I was very impressed with his knowledge and healing abilities. I will definitely be a repeat customer! Jeffery also suggested a number of exercises for me to do at home for myself to help loosen my oh-so-tight muscles."

"I had massage in this place from RMT Sarah and it was the most terrible massage I ever had. I wanted to get an full hour massage but it was so horrible so I cut it in to half an hour massage and she Sarah swear in Chinese on her way out. actually I can understand Chinese a bit. Also she put bunch of oils on my back and didn't even bring me Towle to clean it. It's my first time in Winnipeg from work and wanted to relax but this place ruined my day. Also you know they sent copy of my receipt in to PNG file which means just photo not PDF so thanks to them I gotta have to convert it to PDF myself. Rude service and terrible RMT. I have no idea how did she get her RMT certificate. Thank you again to ruined my first layover in Winnipeg"

"I love spending time getting pampered at Aevi! John is a master stylist and always leaves me feeling like a diva, which is no easy task. I've had meni/pedis done by many of the nail techs and all of them are just so lovely it's hard to go to the same one every time but Sab is definitely a standout for designs and fancy nail work. Otherwise, I'm happy to rotate and am usually begging them to fit me in last minute anyway but no one has disappointed. Being able to have a glass of wine while I get my nails done really makes this one of my fave nail salons in the world... yes the world lol. My only criticism, and I'm not sure why, I've had more issues with breakage and/or nail polish popping off (I get gel polish but not fills) here?? If all that weren't enough, the store is also one of the best places to shop for clothing in Winnipeg, especially for jeans and accessories like purses and jewelry. It's pretty chic, and nothing's cheap but cheap ain't pretty!"

"Clean and super cozy location. Staff was friendly, welcoming and non judgemental. They were able to accommodate having my daughter with me and never felt once that it was an inconvenience. This is my first time here and Melissa was amazing. Friendly, caring to understand and address the issues you are dealing with. She checked at the right moments if the pressure of the massage was okay. My back feels relieved of all the tension I felt including relieving the tiredness of my arms. Direct billing was easy and able to be done on the spot. This will definitely be my go to place for upkeep."

"Today I had a facial and a manicure with Rita at Lavish salon. It was my second facial at Lavish. Rita was very accommodating, taking into account that I use a mobility scooter. I was able to stay in my scooter, recline back in it and have my relaxing facial without having to worry or stress about transferring onto a bed, which would be very difficult for me to do. Rita took her time, she asked me if I felt comfortable, she was very attentive and was just lovely. Following my two spa services, I had my hair done by Sandy J. She always does an amazing job with my highlights, color, cut and blow dry. I am very thankful for the services provided at Lavish. They always go above and beyond. Every time I have an appointment at Lavish I’m always offered a scalp massage and hand massage, which just adds to the feeling of pampering and is always nice to experience. Thank you Rita and Sandy and all the wonderful staff at Lavish. You always make me feel welcome and I always leave there feeling amazing!!"
