"My RMT was amazing, but don't arrive 4 minutes late! They will cut your 80 minute massage by 20 minutes and blame it on being 4 minutes late. I paid $200 for an 80 minute massage and got a 60 minute massage because I was 4 MINUTES LATE! Unbelievable. I will not return. Unfortunately this is not reflective of the RMT who did a good job, but walked out before my my appointment was to end without an explanation."
