"Cozy, quiet spot for basic spa services. Price point is decent and reflects minimal amenities (quiet bamboo seating area, steam room, one shower, tea and water). Not ideal for couples/friend groups who want to book services at the same time, as they often only have one aesthetician. The pedicure chair doesn’t accommodate petite people- I was moved to a much less comfortable chair. It’s a good alternative to typical nail salons and/or fancier spas if you’re looking for a quiet escape/minimal services."

I’ve traveled all over and always get a massage wherever I land to offset the stiffness and stress of travel. Celina’s skillful mastery of her craft felt like a full body reset back to my 20’s. My pain and stress were noticeably lessened if not completely gone. The bone deep aches were replaced with a rejuvenating vigor and a reconnection to my once very energetic self. "The name says it all, I'm addicted to Massage Addict. I have been to many of their locations, but the Bathurst & Bloor one is the one I keep coming back to. The front desk staff are always friendly, attentive and never gave me a reason not to come back. All the massage therapists I have seen provided treatments that have helped me out tremendously and they are attentive to what the issue is at the time of when I come in and genuinely care about doing their best to resolve the issue as best they can. I never had an issue with insurance getting covered and even if something did came up, the costs are well worth getting tended to properly and professionally. I have seen some negative reviews that gave a bad rating because of staff or insurance concerns and I truly believe that whoever left them must be dealing with more than just massage issues because everyone I see leaving after getting treatment are calm, relaxed and smiling. Clearly these people need more than just a massage in their life to feel better. This place has helped my physical and mental well being from where it was previously and as long as it's around I will keep coming back."

Having, said that if I find someone I really like, I'll keep going back. She gets 5/5. I keep going back. The only reason I am giving 4 stars is feedback for the facility vs the therapist. While it is clean, the staff are friendly and organized, the sheets and coverings on the massage table are a little rough and can be irritating on my skin. Perhaps an investment to consider as you grow. I gather this is a new-ish location. Finally, the programs they have are great. From a well-being perspective, it keeps busy professionals like myself accountable for self-care and/or recovery needs. I know I have to book one appointment a month. It's a win-win. Great initiative."

"I had a great experience at Body Polish. The reception staff were very polite and welcoming, making check-in smooth and pleasant. Gurleen, who did my Elite Facial, was professional and did an amazing job—my skin felt refreshed and glowing afterward. The only downside was the ambiance in the treatment room. There was a ceiling fan that rattled throughout my session, which made it difficult to fully relax. Additionally, the room wasn’t very soundproof, so I could hear staff members talking outside. If they could improve the tranquility of the space, it would be a perfect experience. Otherwise, the service itself was excellent, and I would return!"

"I've been going here for years. I've tried other places but the atmosphere and staff here are great! I only see Amy, she is fantastic and always greets you with a smile. Her playlist is nice and relaxing and if you are up for some chats she is a great conversationalist. I typically have a lot of knots in my legs and back but she is able to really isolate and apply the right pressure to release the muscles. I've done a lot of cupping as well which is really helpful. Lastly, I started doing acupuncture with her and have been really happy with the treatment. Overall I would highly recommend Therapeutic Body Concepts and Amy!"

"Been going to this nail place for a couple months and after trying different places around airdrie, this is the best. Always exactly what I asked for! 5 months later: I went back yesterday for the first time in a while only because I don’t get my nails done very often. They worked after hours until 8:30 for my friend and I and we are very appreciative of that. We went on a Wednesday and they usually close at 7:00pm but the lady stayed until 8:30pm for us. Great service and I would definitely recommend because you get exactly what you pay for which is always with great detail. The picture with the pink sheet in the background is from yesterday and they’re always improving which I love. Thanks!!!"
