"I hate to give a one star review based on one therapist but that therapist is a representation of the business. I had a massage with Sakila and she didn't listen to a word I said before it started. I said I just wanted a relaxing message and that I love my feet getting done. Well, neither of those things happened. I don't know who would think that getting an elbow with all her pressure into your knots for 30 seconds at a time is a relaxing massage. I booked for an hour and half and you don't spend any time on my feet like I requested? She just did whatever she felt like and didn't ask how the pressure was or anything, felt very business-like. Hard to feel relaxed when you walk out of there angry. Won't be coming back any time soon unfortunately."

"Every year a group of ladies and I go to the Horseshoe Valley Resort for a celebration of life. I hadn't received the spa treatment in the past but decided to give it a try this year as all the other ladies thoroughly enjoy it! Rhonda was absolutely amazing during my facial. She was very kind and explained the process with me. It was very relaxing and nurturing. Susan was my RMT and she was amazing as well. She had just the right amount of pressure and that too was very relaxing. I loved both of my services and will be booking again next year at our girls retreat."

Update: the owner is interesting, after saw my 2 star review, then replied that will report my review as spam…. Be my guest, and because of that, I changed the review to 1 star."

"Based on my experience, I had a really positive experience with the customer service and the quality of the haircut. The hairstylist was so responsive and friendly, and she even went out of her way to schedule me an appointment on a Sunday when she was supposed to be closed and resting. I could tell she genuinely cares about her clients. When it came to the haircut, I’ve honestly had worse experiences at other places. But this time, the stylist was incredibly precise in measuring and cutting my hair, and I haven’t had such a good haircut in a while. She really understood my hair and even gave me advice on how to maintain it. Plus, she was great at keeping up a conversation, which I think is so important in her role. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I’m definitely coming back to try her other services."

"Moon is the best nail tech I have ever been to! And I absolutely say that with confidence. It seemed almost impossible to find a nail tech since I moved from Toronto to the Durham region. I’m so incredibly happy that I took a chance on Ruby Nails and found Moon. I absolutely love her! She is so kind, friendly, and genuinely cares about her clients…both old and new. When I came into see Moon, she made me so comfortable from start to finish. She took her time and was so attentive with every step. She listened to what I wanted and communicated what she was going to do. Alot of nail techs don’t talk you through the process. This is just another reason why Moon is just simply the best nail tech I have EVER had. It’s now a few days since I got my nails done and they still look I had JUST got them done.
