"I had an absolutely terrible experience here from start to finish. The massage itself was awful—right from the start, the room was freezing cold, and I was dying in the cold, unable to relax. After 15 minutes of trying to endure it, I asked the therapist why it was so cold. She casually told me the heat in that room wasn’t working and all the other rooms were booked. Really? Why wasn’t I informed about this beforehand? To make matters worse, when I went to billing, I reminded the lady that I was supposed to get $10 off because I had taken the 6-month plan. What followed was 5 minutes of the most pointless discussion. She claimed my plan had expired because I took it in July. I had to do the math for her and explain that the plan ends in January and it’s only December! This place is a complete joke. Instead of relaxation, I paid $100 for stress, cold, and frustration. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Absolutely terrible service and management!"

"Absolutely recommend checking this beautiful space out! I've been going to Chrystina for massage therapy, and she is amazing! She is knowledgeable and experienced in her craft, and I always feel comfortable on her table. Bonus, the studio is filled with gorgeous plants for you plant lovers out there!"
