"My girlfriend and I visited Smile while traveling from Toronto, and it was truly one of the highlights of our trip! We had a couples massage, and the experience was incredible. The massage attendants were not only skilled but also so kind and hilariously entertaining—it felt like an authentic and heartwarming connection with true Thai culture. The spa is immaculate—clean, peaceful, and perfectly zen. The tea room was a lovely addition that made the experience even more special. To top it all off, the service was very affordable. We’re already dreaming of our next visit next time we’re in Vancouver!"

"I went for a massage just an hour ago after calling and confirming with them whether I can be accommodated or not. The lady told me to come over and I felt like trying this place. It was my first time to go to this place. When I arrived, she asked me to pay and I did. Also, she asked for $80 for 30 mins which I thought was not fair according to their rates on the website. She started the massage and did it for 15 mins only and told me that we are done. On asking about the time which I checked at the starting of the massage, she said that she is tired today and want to go home. Eventually, I expressed that am not happy about it and she freaked out at me saying that she doesn’t care. NEVER EVER GO HERE. There are many other good sensual massage spa in Vancouver and other areas. Try them out but not this one. Thank you for your disgusting services, would never come back and would also not recommend to anyone."

"First, I stand by my original review. While your records may indicate a 90% reduction, that is not what I experienced, especially in some areas that showed minimal change despite over 15 sessions. If results were truly that effective, I wouldn’t have felt the need to follow up so many times or express my concerns repeatedly. Regarding the claim that I didn’t pay for my last session—I was under the impression it was part of my package. If there was a misunderstanding, that should have been clearly communicated beforehand, not brought up retroactively. As for the area that was treated without being part of my package, I was never informed that it would be charged separately, nor did I explicitly agree to add it as a paid area. In fact, the unexpected darkening of hair in that region is what led me to inquire about it afterward. The explanation I received during my follow-up did not align with the information given at the start of treatment. Changing my review reflects my attempt to be fair and transparent as more information came to light—not an effort to be misleading. I only want to share an honest experience to help others make an informed decision. Lastly, I find it concerning that you offer to share my before-and-after photos without explicit written consent. That raises serious privacy and ethical concerns, especially considering this is a sensitive treatment. I hope this feedback encourages more transparency and consistency in client communication going forward."
