"I received a gift certificate. The Shellac manicure and pedicure I chose were okay. They wouldn't do the French manicure as the only person who could do it wasn't in and it had to be pre-booked (I was never informed of this). Then my first choices of colours weren't available (the spa and polishes need updating). I had to file my own nails as the person was not understanding that I just wanted a round shape. The prices are a little expensive. I'll likely change this review upon speaking to the owner and receiving a satisfactory resolution. The hotel manager said he would take care of the parking ticket that I received upon leaving, although I did as advised and registered my plate with the spa and was assured by the spa and front desk that this was all that was required. I finally received an email from the owner and I think the customer service could be improved. Also, the Shellac manicure easily peeled off within two weeks of the manicure."

"I suffer from bloating and constipation due to IBS. I have gone to several lymphatic drainage massage therapists with very underwhelming results. I went to RMT Jason yesterday for a deep tissue massage and I'm happy to report I had not one but TWO eliminations in just one day. I believe this was due to how relaxing the massage was. He applies firm pressure onto certain pressure points unlike lymphatic massages they use gentle light strokes. I believe this is what made the difference. I already rebooked with him.
