The Gold Micro-Needling was absolutely incredible. The staff made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in, explaining the procedure thoroughly. I could see and feel the difference right after the treatment. My skin felt smoother, more radiant, and even seemed to have a healthier glow. The experience was almost relaxing, and the results continued to improve over the next few days. It’s truly rejuvenating for anyone looking to enhance their skin’s texture and elasticity. As for the Laser Hair Removal, it was surprisingly painless and effective. The process was quick, and I felt minimal discomfort, especially compared to other hair removal methods I’ve tried in the past. The staff was professional, making sure I was comfortable throughout the session. "HEADS UP, they dont take direct billing to most places contrary to their website, and this wasnt informed until the end of the appt. Also, no where in their pre appt email had specific instructions on how to get into the building before 9AM, and you have to call prior to figure out how to get into the space. This wasted 10min of my time and the rmt cited this as a reason to shorten my appt while charging for the full hour."

"I’ve gone to beauty first for eyelash extensions a few times and usually don’t have any issues. However, during the last visit where I got eyelash extensions, the aesthetician who did them put on way too many lashes and glue, even though I emphasized several times I wanted a more natural look similar to my previous appointments. Around 30 minutes into the procedure, my eyes had a burning sensation, which I voiced to her, however, she continued with the eyelash extensions stating that sometimes the eyes can be sensitive during the procedure. The entire process took well over two hours. At the two hour mark, I voiced again if we could stop because the discomfort and burning in the eyes was getting a lot worse, however, she continued stating that there was just a couple more spots to fill. When she was filling these last few spots, my eyes were extremely watery due to the discomfort, and she had to use a lot of glue in order to place the final lashes. After the procedure, the lashes were way more dramatic than the natural look I had asked for, and my eyes were bloodshot red. My symptoms worsened over the next 24 hours, thus I returned the following day to have them removed. The lady who removed them was extremely kind. She had to apply the lash removal solution over five times, and she voiced this was unusual because usually the entire process shouldn’t take more than 30 minutes. I understand it likely took longer because I just gotten the extensions the day before, however the removal process took an hour and a half and they still weren’t able to remove all the lashes. She was empathetic and didn’t charge me for the lash removal. I asked for a refund for the lash extension given the adverse reaction, however I never got a refund."
