"Today we had booked a foot spa for my husband and myself. The lady who did my husband’s massage was sleeping almost through the entire duration and it was a very bad experience for him. The pressure was not coming through at all since she was literally closing her eyes and had completely paused activity about 5-6 times. On the other hand, the lady who did my foot massage was really attentive and gave a good massage worth every minute. They also give 1 free beverage. Even though we had booked prior and reached 5 mins before time, they took us in 15 mins late. It was chaotic at the reception as it is handled by a single person. The receptionist did not know how to read the insurance card and we were made to wait ~30 mins after the massage session just figuring out insurance. We had different mixed experiences at this location. No, we won’t be returning here again."

"Went there Yesterday, 2 attendants working. Had a decent number of parking spots out front. 3 rooms, the room I went to had a table and a shower room. Attendant Cleaned the table and area as I was leaving. Gave me water at the end to rehydrate."

"Ayo is the best. She's sweet, patient and understanding. She takes her time to make sure she really gets into the parts that I raise concerns on. The added stretching technique she uses really helps to smooth things over. I appreciate her greatly."

"Very rude staff , made my partner very uncomfortable when she asked for deep tissue massage therapist girl said she doesnt do while the form that was sent we clearly mentioned she wanted deep tissue massage , my partner asked the girl to massage her glutes due to lower back pain the girl said she cant do without doctor note , lol I am paying not my healthcard , they even made her fill the form again while we already filled it online . Will never recommend You dont deserve a treatment like this when paying 120$ ,either you guys are paying very less to your staff and they are not motivated enough to treat patients as needed ."

"I had a bad experience at Hush this last Thursday. I called and asked who is on duty and also asked if it is crowded right now. I was told that we have three models and they are free. Also, I was told that nobody is there. 15 minutes later, I arrive at hush. I was greeted by a model who told me welcome and that I should go to room A which is available and ready. I asked if i can see the other girls and pick my masseuse. She started giving me attitude saying "I am available right now". After asking twice, another one came to say hi (Rose) .. I told her I wanna do my session with her. She told me I am not available now and will be available after 15 minutes. I said ok .. I can wait in the room ..She said "No , you have to take your shoes and wait in your car for 15 minutes, you cannot wait here". I took my shoes and left. Not sure what was the problem, and why the room I was offered is no longer available, and why I was given an attitude by both girls. Bad experience, not recommended, i think i will stop going there again -------------------------------------------------------- REPLAY to the owner's comments -------------------------------------------------------- 1. BTW, I didn't even have an appointment, when I called I didn't book an appointment. I just asked if it was busy. I was a walk-in. (1st lie from management) 2. I only met two girls not three (Rose and I guess the other one was betty). (2nd lie from management) 3. I wasn't agitated, I was actually smiling and talking to the two girls nicely. You would need to fix your girls' attitude before posting that :D (3rd lie from management) 4. Rose was not with a client, rose was in the dressing room and came out to say hi with a spoon in her hand (4th lie from management). You have two options here, whether you lied that she was with a client, or that she left her client mid session to say hi to me. I think both are bad for the so-called best spa in KW. If you gonna lie, try to have a straight story line :D 5. I think it would be better to address the problem, and not just try to lie to your customers like that :D"

"This time of year (Dec) is such a challenge to find openings for massage, but A Natural Alternative was so helpful and accommodating. You can book everything online and they send you appointment reminders. They took all the precautions to keep everyone safe (COVID). The inside is beautiful and clean and the staff are professional and really nice. First time customer and I already booked my next appointment!"
