I have been going to her for regular massage, deep tissue and deep tissue acupressure massages and she is absolutely wonderful! I was amazed that her form of massage therapy creates an emotional release and truly gets to the root of the problem. You will walk out feeling relaxed, rejuvenated and tightness GONE 110%! "I had my first appointment with Dr. Raj and it was absolutely amazing! I always keep my weight on one side of my body and created an imbalance in the length of the legs amongst other thing. After one visit it felt like I could comfortably keep my weight balanced equally on either leg. Will be coming back for routine maintenance every couple months! Thanks again Raj!!"

"We went to Harrison Hot Springs Resort for my birthday, and it was truly a great experience. Our room had an amazing view—the lake and mountains were right in front of us, creating such a peaceful atmosphere. Although the hotel is old, everything was very clean and well-maintained, and we felt completely comfortable and relaxed during our stay. The hot springs were absolutely delightful, especially after a day full of walking and exploring. There are several pools with different temperatures, so you can easily find the one that suits you best. The staff were also very friendly and helpful. Another great thing is that you really don’t need to bring extra stuff with you everything is provided in the hotel, including different kinds of towels, a hairdryer, body and hair shampoo, and conditioner. However, they didn’t provide toothpaste or sandals, so make sure to bring those with you. One thing I wasn’t completely satisfied with was the dinner at the restaurant. For the high price, I was expecting something more fancy or impressive. Also, one big downside for me was that parking wasn’t included and had to be paid separately, which I found quite disappointing.???? Overall, it’s a lovely place for a romantic or family getaway."

"Made a reservation for 4 girls to spend a few hours at the spa for a girlfriend's 40th. It was so lovely and relaxing. I enjoyed that it was ladies only. Definitely created a different environment but was certainly relaxing and rejuvenating. We didn't do any services but enjoyed 2-3 rotations of the recommended pool rotation (which you certainly don't have to do). Staff were friendly and were consistently checking the pool area too make sure everything was clean and were testing the water/pools which is always reassuring. I would definitely recommend and return in the future. Thought the price was very reasonable! Towels, sandals, robes, and locks ARE provided. There are 2 fountains in the pool room. Would recommend their Hornby energy bars for afterwards and an iced drink for during. Would also recommend bringing a water bottle and electrolytes to remain hydrated and feel your absolute best post visit. Oh! And absolutely NO phones past reception which I also loved! Just disconnect and enjoy! Thanks Body Blitz!"

"I came to Spa myBlend for a self-care day and they definitely delivered!! I got a 60 minute deep tissue massage. My RMT was attentive and knowledgeable. She customized the session to my needs and also provided education on stretches I could do to relieve my tense muscles. The amenities were clean and spacious. I came mid-day on a weekday so I had a lot of spaces to myself. The busiest room was the co-ed sanctuary where 4-5 other people were also relaxing. The amenities included heated salt water pool, hot tub, steam room and sauna. They also provided light snacks/ refreshments which made the stay even more enjoyable. 10/10 would recommend this lovely spa!"

"Worst experience ever!!! Went there for a 60min for 80 CAD massage. After 20min she stopped and requested a tip to continue the massage. After some minutes of discussion I paid +40 CAD to continue. But again stopped after 20min, trying to get me to pay for "extras". In the end I refused to pay +10 CAD for the "extra" so she left the room and simply never came back. So I paid 120 CAD for 40min of course without any "extras". I went to at least 100 massages all over the world. This is by far the worst experience I ever had!!!"

"Do not go there, this place is a scam I got a 60 min foot massage and 30 min body massage. The foot reflexology is advertised as consisting of a herbal soak and massage however the herbal soak was a mere bucket of hot water. The foot reflexology itself was great, the masseuse I had was awesome and did a very good job. However, after came the 30 min body massage. It is only once I was already lying down on the table with my clothes off that they tell me the therapist is a man which at this point I don’t really have any other choice than to accept. That man loudly burped twice during the session and was generally smelling very strongly. Also in the middle of it he got very insistent to make it 60 min and I had to loudly insist twice that I wanted 30 min. At the end he spent what I consider to be a largely inappropriate amount of time directly rubbing my breast to the point where I was close to crying and asked him to finish the session. He then insisted that I was lucky cause I got 31 minutes and told me his name in a complicit tone. He accompanied me to the front desk and watched over as I paid, was insistently asked to tip and refused."

"Booked a last-minute massage at Kalani Spa during a trip to Toronto, and I can honestly say it was one the best massages I've ever had, if not THE best. Amy's technique is magical. Even though it was a deep tissue massage, she worked out all my stiffness in a gentle and relaxing way. The atmosphere was clean and relaxing and all the staff were nice and professional."

"I recently visited this massage therapy clinic as a walk in and was thoroughly impressed! The facility was clean, well-maintained, and provided thoughtful amenities like slippers, hot/cold drinking water, and t-shirt for massage (if you don’t have light clothing). Despite being in an open space, the calming atmosphere made me feel at ease. I appreciated that I didn't need to undress, avoiding any oily residue afterward. The staff were exceptional! Fancy at the front desk was warm, friendly, and accommodating, setting a positive tone for my visit. RMT, Kevin, delivered an outstanding massage, targeting my problem areas with consistent pressure. He truly listened to my needs. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with my experience and highly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking professional and relaxing massage therapy. "I have been feeling sluggish during the past couple of days and came across Rebalance 4 Men, as I was searching for massage places. I am extremely glad that I took the chance and booked. Joao was very responsive and was kind enough to accommodate my last minute booking. The body scrub massage felt amazing and it seemed like one of the best 2-hours of my life! I lost count of the number of time I fell asleep during the session. I hope I wasn’t snoring! Thanks so much for that outstandingly relaxing body scrub massage. My skin never felt this smooth and I never felt this reinvigorated. I am ready to face a new day feeling more recharged! I am definitely coming back and I highly recommend."

"I came to this location looking for a full massage and hot stone (which I asked serval times before starting my service). The only person who spoke slight English told me to get a package deal (includes foot massage, full massage, and the hot stone) for $85 dollars, I agreed to it. Once my service was done, I noticed I did not receive the hot stone I desperately needed. I asked about it but all of a sudden the person who spoke slight English does not speak nor understood what I was saying. I feel like I got robbed because I asked for a service but did not receive it & when I was expressing my concerns they were all laughing at me in their language. I did not appreciate that. On top of all of that they started asking for a tip after they laughed in my face, how rude? The funny thing was before not receiving the service I asked for, I already had intentions to tip them $25, instead they got nothing. Thank you for wasting my time and money, $85 plus tax = $100 down the drainnn I’d advise anyone who wants to go there to not even waste their time, they will try to upsell you without giving you the service you actually came there for. That was my second time going to that place and the first time I didn’t have a great experience either. So, I will NEVER return there again. If I could give 0 stars I would."

"This is in theory a lovely place to get a RMT massage because you can benefit from the pretty spa store, robes, lounge with tea bar, and steam room. However if you want to do so make sure you let the staff know when you arrive because they don’t seem to be trained to give you a tour and offer the robe before your massage. And if you booked any add-ons (such as the foot treatment) make sure your RMT knows this. I can’t complain about getting a longer massage instead of what I booked but the whole thing left me confused and without a robe to change into after my massage (despite pre booking the steam room). Just an odd disconnect between the booking staff and the RMTs which led to an unnecessarily awkward experience that easily could have been a lovely one. Also, I would have given this feedback directly if anyone had asked about my experience (reception, follow up survey?). But nobody did."

Every class feels like a celebration — the playlist is always on point and gets me dancing and singing at the top of my lungs. The choreography is the perfect mix of challenge and fun, pushing me to give it my all while still enjoying every second. You can really tell he puts so much thought and heart into each class. I always leave feeling stronger, happier, and more energized. It’s truly the highlight of my week!"

The therapist's are always consistent in their treatments and let you relax while doing their magic ! They may not speak English well but they most definitely know how to find all the knots and kinks without verbally communicating to them where the problem is. I have had 3 different girls at various appointments and found them all to be very good in their service with a very profession. Not only is the service Excellent but also the Price is Very Competitive. I have referred several people to this clinic and they have also been very satisfied. After the massage, she recommended that I come back every three weeks, as my lower back and thighs had many muscle knots from regularly going to the gym without stretching afterward. "My appointment was for 8:00 a.m. (the first appointment of the day) and I was not seen until after 8:20, after I’d gone back to the reception desk to ask what was going on. How is it possible to be kept waiting for 20+ minutes at the FIRST appointment of the day? It may not sound like much, but I purposefully booked the first appointment so I wouldn’t have to take off work that morning, and ended up barely making it, which was very frustrating. Other than that, Dr. Wang was good, but I felt like my time was not respected."

We had Karen for pedicures and Leslie for massage and reflexology and I was about ready to give them (especially Leslie) all my money.
