"I have followed Cara from her previous location. She is intuitive and professional in her massage therapy. I’ll tell her about the general areas that need work, and she zeroes in exactly where needed, with the right amount of attention and pressure. I’ve never left sore, or been sore the next day which is a big bonus for me. The new space is clean, welcoming and a calm environment with a central location and parking available. The thoughtful touches of complimentary bottles of water and epsom salts are appreciated- sometimes I head into the city forgetting my water bottle."

"Such a great experience. Stephanie was so methodical throughout the entire process. She really took the time to ensured that none of the products she used contained any of my allergens. She treats the face, neck and décolletage (even out to the shoulders and upper back) as one, which isn’t common, but is how it should be in my opinion. She even used different serums on different parts of my face to address different issues. I received a laser genesis treatment with a LED treatment and I can honestly say my skin looks better after just 36 hours."
