"Disappointed. Due to the high rating, I thought it was one of the few "clean" non-rmt massage places in Markham (I don't have insurance). Lady yanked my underwear off and kept brushing my junk after I put it back on during the flip. I just wanted a back massage because I hurt my back... I swear half the massage was my butt being grabbed."

"I had the worst shellac manicure today at Ashgrove. I went with two other friends who raved about the place so I was really excited to join them. It started out okay as the tech was friendly but she never asked me what shape I wanted and I noticed after I got home that the shaping was all over the place and none of the nails have the same shape. The paint job was really what caused me concern. I noticed after two coats that it was really uneven so I asked her for a third as she was reaching for the top coat. I was the first one done so While I was waiting for my friends, I was looking at my nails and noticed that there was polish all over my cuticles, the paint job was uneven and that the edges on the side of my nails weren’t straight (gaps were left on the side without polish and the lines were really wavy). I made a mention at the front while I was paying that I really wasn’t happy and she looked at my nails and told me they would fix it. They blamed it on the dark colour pulling away. They got another nail tech (who was supposed to leave for the day) to look at it and she said it should all come off. Another tech looked at it as well and told her just to file down the top layer and repaint/ apply top coat so that is what she did. You can now see areas where she filed down the colour and no new colour or top coat has been applied. My nails look like a mess. After I met my friends outside, the lady who tried to fix them told me that they were going to give me a credit of 50% of the service. I told her I would never be going back and she asked them to refund me half the cost. I am grateful she was lovely and helpful but I am still upset about the situation. I normally do not leave reviews but manicures for me are a splurge and I now have to figure out how to remove this shellac which should have lasted two weeks before I go into the office next week."

"I don’t think I will recommend this place to any friends or family. They are not professional enough. My mom and I came here to a massage but end up like nothing when I walked out. THEY CHAT THROUGH OUT THE ENTIRE MASSAGE!!! Not really focusing on our massage like what we came in for. If you see this review, don’t waste your money at this place!"

"Radiant Sun Massage is my new go-to spot for relaxation! I absolutely love everyone here—it truly feels like home. The vibe is chill, staffs are super friendly, and the massages are amazing. I’ve brought a few friends and they all love it too! We hang out, watch basketball games, and enjoy the best foot massages. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy, welcoming place to unwind."

"Had a great relaxing, away from my phone experience at Float Valley. 1. Swimming suit is optional but If you bring one, bring your own bag for the wet suit. They have plastic bags available where the pouder room is but their bag was thin to keep wet suit from not leaking. 2. They have ear plugs, hair dryer, shampoo, conditioner & body wash and body lotion. Bring your moisturizer for your face. 3. I was afraid to be inside the chamber for floating( being a little claustrophobic in stuff) but the chamber for the couple had a high ceiling and very spacious. Had no fear. 4. Water for floating was skin temp and they shoot whirlpool at the end of 15 min. Was very nice."
