"The massage itself was good, but the receptionist’s pushiness about tipping really soured the experience. She was friendly at first, but after the massage, she turned very insistent, and made me feel very uncomfortable. The tipping pressure from the front desk was a big drawback - for that alone I wouldn’t go back. Tips should be optional, if you think you deserve more then charge for more upfront. I paid 100+ for the service that I was expecting, why am I expected to pay more??"
