"Not disclosing full information to client while booking appointment? I specifically booked an appointment here for laser. Are they not suppose to tell a client that they need to come for 2 days if they are coming for first time for patch test? And they told me this on spot when i booked an appointment a week ago and reached there on time..This was absolute wastage of time. I travelled from North shore to have this service. This place is absolutely not for working people."

"I got a sculpted set done on mar 6 and within a week most of them were lifting and getting caught in my hair because of it. today, almost 2 weeks after getting the new set done, one nail has completely popped off. I think they charge to do fixes after 7 days have gone by so I’m not even sure I wanna go back. They were nice for those first few days, but too costly for the quality I got. Most likely not coming back."
