"After reading the newest review, I need to respond. The products are of high-quality essential oils. The "owner/lady, " Jeslynne, is a lovely person and is very professional. I have been a Bauhinia Wellness customer for a few years now. I have never had an issue. The products used are always explained to me, what benefits they provide, and how strong the products are. I have had the head essential oil message service many times. I am always asked if the pressure is ok. I have also had precise pressure points during the service. I do find it suspect/weird that the person would advertise another company to go to instead. I think 60 plus good/great reviews say a lot more than this person's review. Thank you wonderful ladies of Bauhinia Wellness Spa for all you do."

"I have to review this place as I went there a couple of months ago. And had such a disastrous experience. 1-besides me saying I don’t want any strong smelling oil on my hair the lady put such a strong smelling oil which gave me a headache. 2- no precise pressure point massage was obtained.. they have no idea what they are doing. 3- I indicated the head massage going into the neck which was not considered. Just rubbing crazily through my head leaving my hair tangled and uncontrollable. 4- am dissapointed and wasted my money going to bauhinia wellness. 5- pls go to HEADICURE spa 100% better than these guys. My recommendation would be not to go here. 6- and lastly no customer service, the owner/lady who welcomes u in is not pleasant and very cold with a stern face. Nothing warm and appealing about this place. Don’t waste ur time and money. U will appreciate this review."
