Liz was really accommodating and helped my sister and I make appointments in such a way that we could go together on the same evening. She also showed my sister extra generosity simply because I had mentioned in passing that it was her birthday. Overall very happy with our decision to try this place and definitely recommend."

"P.S: Shely Bilson couldn’t have said it any better. Her review was right on point because I had same experience with my under chin laser hair removal. First the lady who attended to me talks wayyyyyyyyyy tooooooo muchhhhhhhh. Secondly for a first time client, there should be things you should do to have them come back. To remove hair a little inch into my neck , I was asked to pay more because I choose the under chin service. I have been doing laser hair removal for years in Toronto but since moving to London and having Revive as my first experience, I was disappointed. After service, I still had hair under my chin all thanks to their type of machine which I don’t like. After a hair removal, the location should feel smooth and hairless. Taken me more than a year to finally drop my review. That’s because I’m quite surprised with the number of 5star I see .. like can people be honest for once? Bottom line, I was disappointed and never went back."

"The man who did my nails was very rude, unprofessional, and did not even do what I asked for because he “ran out of time” (see the inspo pic). I paid extra for shellac cat eye polish and french tips - but majority of the tips are crooked, and the cat eye does not reflect correctly as it should (looks like a basic glitter polish instead). My friend and I also BOTH got cut to the point of bleeding, which is not only unhygienic but a risk of infection. He also got the polish all over my skin and back of hands which can cause an allergy. I feel like I wasted $75 bucks. And it’s my birthday. Do not recommend at all."
