"10/10 experience. The staff was amazing and my therapist is an amazing conversationalist. She made sure I felt comfortable and relaxed. The music, the atmosphere is soooo soothing. The staff also gave me recommendations on what should I get massaged next to further help with the muscle tension. Absolutely amazing, will definitely go there again!"

"The customer service was absolutely terrible. It was my first time at this place, and I made an online booking. When I arrived, I expected them to first check my insurance or have me fill out paperwork, but none of that happened. The person who was supposed to do my massage immediately took me to the room and started the session. Afterward, she refused to process my insurance because I hadn't mentioned it or filled out the forms. She made me pay without even checking my insurance details. It's not my responsibility to handle administrative tasks—that's your job! Then she told me they would email me the receipt. I said I would wait, and she responded, “You’re welcome to wait, but I’m not,” and left! Completely unprofessional and disrespectful service. I'm honestly appalled that this person even laid hands on me."
