I chose a full-body massage, and it was honestly one of the best I've ever had. The therapist named Clara was incredibly skilled, using the perfect amount of pressure and ensuring that all my tense spots were relieved. I left feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, and completely stress-free. The spa itself was spotless, with a tranquil ambiance and soothing music in the background. The attention to detail, from the soft lighting to the beautiful elegant setting truly enhanced the entire experience. I highly recommend Yuen Foot Massage and Spa to anyone looking for top-notch relaxation and professional service. I can’t wait to return!"

However, I recently downgraded my rating due to the unexpected departure of Eva, a standout masseuse whose skills surpassed many trained RMTs. Despite repeated attempts to contact the salon about her whereabouts, I received no response, which is disappointing given their usual promptness in communication. Eva was not only a talented professional but also someone I grew close to, knowing she was adjusting to life here with her daughter. While I recommend the spa’s services, the lack of communication has made me hesitant to return."

"I recently had a baby and it’s tough going for massages during the day, as I’m the only one looking after my little one. I found out about Modern Wellness when I was passing by and checked them out online. I was thrilled when I found out they open until 830pm. I booked a couple of treatments with Jorrel and it’s been great! He’s kind, knowledgeable, and applies firm pressure on those pesky knots! I’m always leaving the clinic relaxed and chill. "Great massages. The only thing is I went in for a 30 minute massage but they definitely did not let go until I changed my mind into getting a 60 min one. I know it’s for the business and I respect the hustle but not everyone has a budget to get a 60 minute massage at times and I hope they are mindful of this next time Everything about the massage was great tho very detailed and walked out of there feeling like I was floating on air."

"I don’t like to write bad reviews but here it is. I came in last minute for a mani , pedi on a mid afternoon Friday. I used to come here regularly before they changed ownership prior to Covid . Everyone was very pleasant so customer service was not an issue . The duo doing my mani / pedi were nice but clearly very green in terms of experience. The person doing my nails tore my cuticles apart and they were left swollen and now they are full of hangnails and shredded skin. As a result , I only tipped 15% and will not be coming back . There are 6 plus salons in this small pocket of Lawrence Park. We are not lacking here. Lesson learned. I won’t return."
