From the moment you walk in and receive the warm welcome from the staff at the front to the amazing treatment from everyone else that is providing your treatment/service. I have indulged at several services at the spa (manicure, pedicure, facial, massages). Each service was a great experience. The staff are friendly and very accommodating at all times. My particular favourite is massage with Kathy. It is the most relaxing experience ever and I always leave feeling better, more relaxed and ready to face whatever comes my way. Highly recommend this spa for any service!!! I also wanted to add an additional review. I recently had a jet peel facial with Victoria. What an incredible experience!!! Victoria took the time and care to adjust the jet peel experience as I'm currently pregnant. She made sure that I was always comfortable and checked in frequently throughout the treatment. As this was my first jet peel facial, Victoria took the time to explain the process and the benefits. She was incredibly attentive and approachable throughout the treatment. The entire experience was amazing and I was able to unwind and fully relax. I highly recommend the jet peel facial. I would also like to add that everyone at the spa was extremely helpful and attentive to my needs during the visit."
